Update. Got the tyres, rims and front spokes. Started building the front up aswell. Got some nice new unscratched top caps aswell Stripped the brakes down ready to send off for anodising! I'll update when I get them back.

Cutting down pads would just be wrong Yeah people have seen it in the flesh but they're not trials riders, they wouldn't know which magura is an 05 haha.

Yeah bent disc I'd say, it effectively resets the pistons back in the caliper so they have further to travel when you next pull it in.
