  1. Please stop throw your bike like that. Ok it's your bike and you do what you want but it's like watching someone kicking their dog. And also it's like spitting in the face of those who so badly want a trials bike but can't afford to get one.
  2. I have long hair, almost 70cm but no dreads because I think it looks shabby. A real Viking has long hair and rides in t-shirt even if it's around 0ÂșC
  3. Thanks for the tips, got a little more things to think about. I think I got it to work good enough. I have 3 sprockets now. The chain is new, the ck sprockets are almost new and one is old but not worn. One of the problems is that the chain is a little to thick for gears so the chain lock got stuck on top of the teeth on the lower sprocket. But I got the high and the low sprocket to run smoothly now but it skips a little on the middle one. Might just need a little correction in sideways.
  4. I've tried to put gears on my inspired but I have a little(big) problem. I've tried a few things but nothing seems to work. Now I try to get it working with only 2 rear sprockets(CK 19t and 14t) the chain runs smoothly when the tyre is in the air and I peddling but when I get weight on it so the chain tension increases the chain starts to skip and it skips a lot, 2-3 times each pedal rotation. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

    Rim Bending

nop. it's in my interest right now when my rim is broken and I'm not sure on what I should get to replace it. I was thinking about an Alex DX32. What do you think about that? Can I hit the slopes without being afraid of breaking it right away?

    Rim Bending

There was avarage spoke tension but the rim is not made for this style of riding. It's a rolling along the street or lighter woods rim. I also hit the weak spot in the rim so that it cracked in the joint. I was thinking about putting echo trial rims on it but I have an alex32 lying around and I can't afford it at the moment.

    Rim Bending

I was in Borlange today and got a few clips. I was also riding with my FS kona dawg and learned that they are not for playing. But I have an alex32 rim lying somewhere. I'm not sad for the rim, I'm a little happy because I made my first small tucking moves today.

    Henri Video 2

That was smooth or "smutt" as we've started to say in sweden.
  9. In some ways I ride better on the 20" but I sidehop higher on my 26" and pedal up is also easier on my 26". Riding in forest is almost impossible for me with the 20" but in urban riding it's really good. It's an Echo frame and I think it's an Echo Lite but I'm not sure.
  10. I made a video this month with my new 20" bike.
  11. I think it's one of the best videos I've seen.
  12. That's was really nice. Your vids always makes me want to go out and ride, you really make it look easy.
  13. If I get any problems with that I just have to shorten it Cheap solution. No disc hub on the front and I have an old magura that's just lying around. And I got the rear hope mono trial with the bike.
  14. Ok, enough said about the volvo but it's swedish quality that always starts even if it's -30C. And I can put any of my 26" bikes with a unicycle and a lot of baggage in the trunk(at the same time). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SbHEPbS9ZeU I'm going to get a turbo soon. Back to topic!
  15. Thats right And I bought it second hand but I could have got silver rims but then I had to rebuild the wheels at his place and I like red and green. Look at roses, tomatoes, strawberry wunderbaum etc. I was thinking about strip the frame and anodise it but when i put the wheels on it I started to like it the more that I looked at it. And it match the colours on my car that almost everyone hates too (I've made the add-on parts from aluminium and stainless steel(muffler, end pipe and adjusting screws on the spoiler) so theres no plastics and filler. I will have a disc on the front too but it's temporary.
  16. Jupp, when you get older the body gets worn and weaker and you have to take it a little easy and then it's nice to have a bike that you can use for normal riding and also do some smaller sidehops and pedalkicking with. When I ride my full susp kona I see obstacles that I would like to trial on and because of that I've learned to trial with that bike to so now I sidehop about 4 pallets and some lighter pedalkicks on the rear wheel(but not so much because of the susp and week hub/chain).
  17. Bought this one today. Not finished yet because I need a few more parts to complete it.
  18. Ok, a friend of mine was thinking about getting one. It's no pure trials bike, I think it was for an XC bike that would be used for a little trials too.
  19. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?modelID=26614 Does anyone know something about that hub and if it's suitable for trials?
  20. I think it could be a boyfriend or something to one of the band members that rides trial, because that would explain why they aren't better. And to those who don't know anything about bike trial it looks pretty awesome. I remember when I was about 10 years old I saw a comersial on TV where a guy jumped over a railroad track with an MTB. He was riding pretty slow and made a bunny hop that was about 40cm and I thought it was so awesome and I couldn't understand how the hell he did it. Some better rider would have been cool but for normal people that's awesome enough.

    Post Bike!

Nice, you should try some jumps with it to. About the legal issues, here in Sweden I think it's illegal to ride a bike that are owned buy post or newspaper company for private. I was working on a newspaper dealing company that delivers morningpapers to peoples mailboxes and those bikes are only out in service on nights and early mornings. And if you ride it on the day you might get stopped by police and have to clarify that you are employed by the company. I had a car district so I don't know for sure but I think it's possible and not only rumours.
  23. Now I got a new front wheel, pics of whole bike will come soon. Old one New one
  24. Why waste the time and tyre to save a few grams? Go for this one at once instead: 26 x 2.35 620gr
