I have never liked any of the playstation controllers. The left thumbstick should be where the D pad is, not a secondary control.

661 make 2 different ankle braces as well as a simple ankle guard. I recently bought THESE. They offer great support, I can't see me ever being able to roll my ankle in these. At the same time they still offer surprisingly good freedom of movement. They also have a pro version HERE.

I used to run 20-17 on my stock. Then I changed to front freewheel and I now use 18-15. Some of the local guys use crazy gears like 18-14 and 22-15 on stock bikes.
