  1. This weekend 27th October is the next round of the tyke trial series and is being held at Bracken Rocks at Matlock. More info can be found on the website including an online entry form. http://www.biketrialuk.co.uk/Events.htm
  2. Supports aren't the be all and end all. Better of doing strengthening exercises so it doesn't roll.
  3. Had a good day at Matlock Quarry day today with Adam getting used to his new Image X98. https://vimeo.com/77299374
  4. Not sure exactly re Onza's plan Paul but I know they aren't going to go in production with the frame Adam has been riding this season so that's the only reason we have changed. A genesis would still be a good bet for you.

    #GET AN IMAGE

Two new framesets have been built up today from the new brand IMAGE. The smaller X92 (920mm wheelbase) is aimed at the 6-9 year olds and the larger X98 (980 wheelbase) follows on until the rider is big enough for a full size mod. They will be ridden by British Champion Josh McParland and European Champion Adam Morewood. Production versions should be available in the spring.
  6. I doubt people will be going to Monty. They stopped sponsoring riders for 2013 and Ot Pi & Cesar left.
  7. Adam has used the original CNC machined Tensile lever, the first prototype and now has production levers on both his bikes. No leaks at all.
  8. Also now on vimeo https://vimeo.com/73247094
  9. Managed to finally find time to put together an edit of the video clips taken over 4 consecutive weekends in Europe during the summer roadtrip to the European and World Championships. Youtube http://youtu.be/vev6qmtbqKU Vimeo version will be uploaded later.
  10. there will be 4 of us coming between 5 & 6pm
  11. Bracken is not normally open. But there are loads of places to go to like Matlock quarry, the roaches, numerous places around fox house. I will be out with Adam and Sam Shepherd practicing somewhere fox house area Wednesday evening.
  12. You can enter on the day for £3 more but it's a lot less hassle for the secretary if you pre enter.

Tensile's are due in later this month. We have the original prototype on Adams bike and have also tested the first production version. They are great and feel solid. We will be replacing his Magura 2011 levers with production ones as soon as they are available.
  15. Not Shipley. There are two seperate spots near Sheffield and also Matlock quarry.
  16. Just put together a few clips of Adam taken over the last month.
  17. They are a good all round tyre that work in all environments. Only 200g max lighter than a creepy crawler though. Adam uses a creepy crawler for practice, a Try all for wet, muddy comps or a Monty Pro race if its dry. The Monty ones are great but wear rate is higher than the try all and I wouldn't trust them if it was muddy.
  18. A very wet and muddy day in Slovakia today for the 1st round of the European cup. Adam took a comfortable win even after a massive tumble on the slippery logs (but he didn't give up!) Vasha easily won Elite on 30 something with UCI star Laslo from Hungary well down in 7th on 71 marks. Seems the UCI guys don't like mud!
  19. Great turnout with 42 riders and a full house of observers. Also lovely in the sun. Hope you all enjoyed it and big thanks to all the helpers.
  20. 8 sections set out. its a bit greasy in the wood but the forecast is good for tomorrow. See you there. Please bring an observer if you can.
  21. If you want to travel a bit we are out regular in the hathersage or Matlock area. There is also a comp on Sunday 19th may at Dudwood farm near Bakewell.
  22. Tyke trial round 4 is this coming weekend (19th May) at Dudwood Farm, near Bakewell, Derbyshire. It is a new venue for most of you but Bike trials have been held there in the past. Online entries are available on www.biketrialuk.co.uk/Events Hope to see you there.
