  1. Adams finished school and I've finished work until 3rd Jan so let me know if your going out riding. Derbyshire, south / west Yorkshire considered.
  2. Scott, can you make it available on mobile devices so I can watch it on iPhone.
  3. Anybody out for a practice this weekend either Matlock quarry or out Hathersage way?
  4. It means like UCI rules. Every time anything except the tyres touch the floor it's a 1.
  5. find a sttep hill, go down dragging the brake to get them hot and then put water on to steam off the oil. Works a treat and used by all top motorbike trials riders.
  6. I don't think leaving Koxx after 7 years is being unloyal. Seems he's been very loyal to stay with them that long. Don't know why its suck a big deal. Sportspeople are always changing teams for many reasons. As for timing the reason it is now is nothing to do with the M5 but the fact is the off season so he will have chance to get used to the new mount before the UCI comps start. No one changes mid season!
  7. Your spot on there Scott, I think Sam Rolls also beat him in Spain and the year before both Charlie and Adam Morewood comfortably beat him. He always looks really good on street stuff but gets beaten in events suggesting there are many takes in the video. Remember his dad doing cool backflip on that ramp in Spain last year.
  8. Think we're going to head over to Marlock Quarry on Saturday about 12 for a practice. Foxy goin as well I think.
  9. May go over to Matlock quarry Saturday for about 12 if anyone interested.
  10. Kev There's no camping at the event but there is a camp site 5-10 mins away. http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=2179 See you there.
  11. Yes it was like a scaffolding rail with grip tape on.
  12. Adam had a great time at the Red Bull Streetlight session at Manchester. Heres a few unedited clips togther with a bit of Danny Macaskill, Ali c & Martyn Ashton.
  13. Was thinking of heading to Manchester with Adam but not sure how much riding he'll get in. Do those who went to Bristol think it's worth goin to?
  14. Don't lmnow why people think they are going to snap easily. Jack Carthy's Koxx carbon forks have lasted longer than any aluminium ones he has used this year. If carbon is layered up correctly it will outlast aluminium any day. As for price who knows yet. Monty carbon MTB are less than £2k
  15. Managed to get out tonight for a quick practice session. Adam was on good form and did his highest side hop to wheels. Hope you like it.
  16. May be cheaper than you think. Once tooling sorted its quite easy to produce a frame. After all there is a lot of labour in an alu frame with tube preperation and welding etc. Monty do a carbon framed MTB with good kit at a reasonable price. I reckon it will be less than £1000 for the frame.
  17. Awesome ride. That wasn't just balls, there was some serious bikehandling skill.
  18. Mini master is like the 205 with small wheels.
  19. Monty 207 is the choice of the majority of under 10's both in uk and the world. May have a second hand one for sale later this year.
  20. My son Adam rides, we live in Dronfield so practice around the area regular. There is also another lad on the forum called Josh Barker who lives somewhere in Chesterfield
