It has been agreed that for bike trials run under an ACU permit you do not need an ACU licence. Just recently signed off at a board meeting.

The format was used in the Spanish motorbike trials championship for a couple of years although they have changes to the std worlds format now. They kept the same classes as they had before (based on ability).

Would of been keen to attend but will be in Spain for the first round of the world championship

Had a great Easter holiday visiting great places to ride and meeting up with friends along the way before taking in a cool French trial. Guest appearances include Vincent Hermance, Nicolas Vallee, Louis Grillon, Felix Keitel and Jonas Friedrich.

Just built up Adams new GU comp bike. Went for the patriotic red, white and blue look. Happy with how the build has turned out.

Kewin is not a nobody. He gets in UCI finals or is on the bubble of them regularly.

Yeah they made a few. It was Woody's lad who had one on his Monty 207 and they did one for Fuji's nephew.

The company who have supplied the pallets have kindly said they do not need them back. So if anyone wants to take any of them after the event they would be welcome. I would though like to ask for a donation to the company to show out gratitude.

Plenty of parking near the event. Think some info is on the entry form. If we aren't tied up preparing things Saturday then we will be up for a ride. There is some mega natural stuff just 7-8 miles from the city centre where we normally go every Saturday.

Adams gets through gloves quite quickly but he's been using some if those blue Bonz ones from Tarty for a long while with no ill effects.

It's just been officially announced that biketrials will make a return to the half time entertainment at Sheffield Arena Trial on Saturday 4th January. Both Kenny Belaey and Jack Carthy will be strutting their stuff on the World championship motorbike sections. Should be a great spectacle.

The short bike is the one that has been ridden by 10 year old Alan Rovira from Spain. It's kids geo to go up against Monty 207 etc.

Not sure on the rear but Adam running a nearly bald monty pro race on the front at the moment and it's def better than a worn try all.

Just been to Denmark for three days and visited the Viborg Bike trial Indoor facility taking in the final round of the Danish Championship on the final day. What a great place. If you get chance you need to visit. https://vimeo.com/78658353

Important information for tomorrow's tyke trial. There are roadworks on the road from Hollaway to the trial venue and the road is shut. Therefore follow the directions on the entry form. From the A6 Matlock bath to derby road at Whatstandwell turn next to Derwent arms pub. Then after 100 yards turn left onto Robin Hood road. That takes you to bracken rocks. Also at the venue please all park in the top hard standing area as the grass is a bit damp. Also remember the clocks change tonight
