  1. Your best bet would be easy outs, you can get them at a small enough size in a set, and should fit in the Allen key hole quite nicely. Failing that I'd go with the Torx method, I believe a torx 27/30 would be the right sort of size for a stripped Allen key, (provided its a 5mm head)
  2. Got some bits for my inspired build, I had to order them myself for the missus though
  3. I remember there was a lad who lived in Scotland called ZHI Chris, he used to be able to get hold of these frames, along with most other cheap frames from Asian origin
  4. Yeah like bikeradar, I just need two independent reviews on the same or similar things, frames, bikes etc. This is good, exactly what I'm looking for! Thanks
  5. Hey guys. I made a poll on bike brands not too long ago for a key skills task, now I need to do a written assignment based on two reviews of bikes or parts (Anything trials related really) etc.. Are there any sites that do that sort of thing? Any help will be largely appreciated, it will help me towards my qualification! Kieran
  6. The way I see it is that in the summer, when you get hot, there's not much you can do to stop it without taking a break for a bit to cool down, hence stopping riding. In winter you start cold so the more you ride the warmer you get! Its a bit hard to get going to start with but when you warm up you can take some layers off and carry on
  7. Just an all out amazing rider in all disciplines!
  8. Hey guys! Been out of the loop for a while with my job and no one else to ride with, recently got back into it with my mate (BigAl) as he has just bought a new steed. Problem is that the built in tensioners on the ice are really temperamental, I've lost one from the non-drive dropout but it didn't really make a difference so I'm currently running one. I'm finding it difficult to get good chain tension with a good brake as well. I thought the other day if i drilled a hole through the dropout and tapped a thread into it would it hold up for the use of cams? Any help would be great! Kieran
  9. oh my god just saw the torch it was amazing and stuff.. Lol jk it was shit, so much hype for that, how shit

  17. That's weird, I could've sworn my eyes were faster than posting a status about the weather, apparently not..

  18. Thats actually genius, never thought of it like that..
  19. I've done 16 miles round a resovior on a Base t19 with 22-18 gearing, was a challenge I must admit, I've ridden around a bike track called Bedgebury a number of times if anyone on here knows of it, I think it was around 15 odd miles, It's good fun, and if your with mates its great, you forget how far you actually ride and you wind up racking up the miles before you know it!
  20. I've got an onza ice 2, and to be honest I dont think I'll ever get another frame, It's solid, yet light and the geo is bang on for me, they've never been bad in my eyes, they've developed in the same time frame as I have in terms of riding, so I suppose they've always been suited to my level of riding throughout
  21. I'm no professional on the weight of stuff but I'd say there's not too much of a difference, obviously you've got to take into account all the cladder on low budget frames (massive bashguard mounts, lack of cnc etc.) so the higher budget frames will have a weight gap, it's partially a selling point these days, but I wouldn't worry about the weight for now, if your running onza stock parts on it, the frame should be the least of your worries!
  22. Wow, that really is mint! Did the previous owner even have it out the box? Tidy build mate! Love them frames too!
  23. Very true, I've only ever seen one of they're frames cracked, and that was one of the first versions of the fourplay!
