What i do is role towards the wall a bit faste than walking pace, and then before getting too close kind of do a short manual and then jump up with the bike and land my back wheel on the wall. If you get the hang of this it is very useful with other moves too. Also i haved managed to hop up a highest so far of 44" using this techniqe. The speed in which you travel needs to be corect though, because if your going to slow you will just go up and then come back down not on the wall and too fast you will just crash into the wall Adam
