  1. As above. 110mph in a 70 is a ban, right?
  2. 'kinell! That brings back some memories! How are the wrists these days after that fall off the bus shelter?
  3. Not 100% sure what difference my intake setup made by itself, but with everything done its putting 224bhp down on rollers... This, precisely! And the Gruppe M doesn't even fit too well on an EP3 and rattles like fook! Will head out and get some pics tonight - but have a little tunnel run, taken with the current spec. Sound quality isn't fantastic - but you get the idea.
  4. SOS motorsport... - scratch that, wrong intake I was thinking of... Still, the gain would only be 2-3 ponies over what I've got at present, wouldn't be worth it. Plus, I like the noise from mine
  5. Full stainless steel 2.5" exhaust with 4-2-1 mani, b-pipe delete and decat. Typhoon intake arm with K&N cone on an RBC intake manifold with 70mm throttle body. K-pro management, Tegiwa baffled sump. Pulls like a train (for a honda) and sounds pretty nice too!
  6. Rather enjoying my new toy... £150 of fuel in 24 hours is not a good move though!
  7. Considered a supercharged 1275 dunc?
  8. Anything over 100Bhp from an A-series, yes. The a-series is a torquey engine. The suzuki is not. 67ft/lb of torque standard - you can push that to about 100ft/lb tops - its nothing. It really wouldn't make for enjoyable driving. The Honda insight - a fairly aerodynamic car in comparison to a mini, requires 33ft/lb of torque to MAINTAIN a cruise of 65mph in 5th. To accelerate to 80 in under 30 seconds from 60, would require that full 65ft/lb of torque. The drag on cars, compared to bikes is insane Sam - you need a LOT of torque to move something like a mini!
  9. Roughly! Was hoping for something a little glossier Also, need to pillar to remain silver across the roof too! Mates just booked it in to have this work done on his car and is beginning to have a change of heart!
  10. You mentioned this to me ages ago Sam - obsessed much I looked into it though.. If you're going to be putting a different engine in a mini, it ideally needs to be over 150bhp or else its not worth it! Especially with a motorbike engine, as when you're pushing 600kg it'll tend to become a bit unreliable. 100bhp from a bike engine really isnt enough unless its a high revving monster, or else it'll struggle - especially as peak torque is only 67ft/lb - it would drink like amy winehouse, with not a lot of go!
  11. Can anyone photoshop this, black wheels, black roof, and black mirrors? Bit more of a tint on the windows too?
  12. B16 is definitely the way forward!
  13. Anyone on here had a Clio 172? Someone has offered a straight swap for my van. The vans got double the mileage! Looking for as much info as possible - as I can just afford the insurance!
  14. As said above, not many policies cover 'extreme' sports - riding may not be covered.
  15. Thats exactly what it did - although they're only currently suitable for ligament/tendon damage - i'm sure the idea could be adapted! http://www.ehow.com/how-does_5035020_air-cast-work.html http://www.ehow.com/about_6618746_air-cast-vs_-plaster.html They're also removable for showering and checkups - as they're held on with velcro.
  16. Having to have casts replaced every week or so due to swelling going down and then rubbing like f**k was pretty annoying... When I did my achilles however, they put me in an air cast - which could be pumped up when required to bring back the stability.
  17. Dave, how much heroin/meth do you do?!
  18. Being payed £50 to remove my feeble excuse for a beard chin stubble with tweezers. This hurts. Damn you workmates.
  19. Lil pic from work... Decent snow coverage!
  20. Me on a good day... Me on a drunk day - as per Matt and Dunc - the one without tits...
  21. Now, shall go hand my application in at a few hairdressers...
  22. Help for heroes aint all they're made out to be - check it out online. There are much better military charities going, and for that reason, the stobart crew aren't getting my vote. Just for the fact she's a good friend of mine and I used to be in her sister, Annabelle - Gabrielle Aplin is my favorite to win. But anyone other than James Arthur does it for me!
  23. Bit of a strange one here, its not really a problem, just something I cant seem to explain. Vivaro van. Same as primastar, trafic ect... Turn the key, allow all the lights to go out, then when you go to start it, theres absoloutely nothing for a few seconds before the starter decides it actually wants to work... No clicking, no nothing... Just a massive delay before the starter actually works.
  24. Vortex or Miltek, Turner? Anybody tried to insure a Mk1 Eunos under the age of 21? Classic policy perhaps? Mate just bought one and he wants me insured on it.
