Word. I don't get round to it every day but I tend to sneak in the odd 3/4 of an hour here and there. Being the sceptical barsteward I am I was absolutely shocked what kind of difference it makes. I kinda view it as practicing life in a safe place. You can make all kinds of progress, though I tend to stick to focused exercises like mindfulness of breathing and stuff. Joe x

Another vote for the Creative Zen (I've got a 6GB Micro). They're just the right amount of intervention. That is to say they organise music files by artist and album and stuff based on their tags, but you can listen to music in MP3 WMA or Ogg Vorbis (huuuuuge plus) and it does what it's told without being faffy and shite. Plus it's a far better choice for PC users because it integrates so damned well with Windows media player (especially 11 series ) Joe x
