  2. excuse me if this has been posted (i had a quick look but couldnt find it) Brett M has posted a new Trials/street video up on Biketrials.ca which is definitly worth a look. Appears to be mainly if not all of Brett and Morley. Makes me want to ride Victoria again. check it out..... My favourite game.mpg
  3. Not enough time in the day for it even if I did want too. Infact the extent of my knowledge of Sudoku is that its some kind of puzzle and Carol Vordaman is involved in it somehow? Haven't had the interest to find out any more about it. I prefer to spend my free time by watching quality broadcasting such as Neighbours, Deal or no deal and the Jeremy Kyle Show.
  4. This should be posted in chitchat not trials chat.
  5. This is Norfolk we are talking about. Its quite clearly his normal look
  6. This has gone on long enough . If you're still not happy then you'll have to email the admin.
  7. Two fat ladies watching on as a young Eddie Tongue pedal gaps across the canal in Stratford Upon Avon. Akriggs mini interview towards the end at a British round where he was talking about how Trials is about not letting the obstacle beat you (or something like that), whilst inbetween it they showed clips of him trying time and time again to nail this one line after the comp, finally making it and the noise everyone makes when he does it! loved that bit. Great show that actually showed Trials in a proper, all round manner.
  8. and it means i have been lucky enough to cross paths with the famous Ali C before! Only took me 5 years to realise it having looked at that photo again. I'm happy now Rob Howard (onza jersey) is in there I think? Dean or Alex Rowlands as well?
  9. Us moderator types do occassionally do a bit of work on the forum Bloody good post by sidehop and it just goes to show the importance of quality over quantity of posts made. If only the anxed new member that has just been spamming the board with abuse could have learnt this.......
  10. thats fantastic would love to go to one of these events but cant make it on Thursday
  11. nice photos and just down the road from where I used to work. Have they reopened the war memorial area yet? seems to have been closed off for construction work on it for years, and thats where the best riding used to be
  12. Looks like Stuart Matthews top left in the megamo skin suit pic?
  13. I double dare you to attempt typing without making it unreadable. Go on, I'll send you a penny chew (after post and packaging and handling costs have been added) if you manage to post something that makes at least a little sense. If you are drunk enough to post like that then you should have passed out by now
  14. How long have you been riding for? Cant remember if I've ever ridden with you. Probably not as the last group ride in norwich i went to was in 2003 I used to ride with Marg, Stu and Scott all the time though. I want to get back into riding again but wont be able to ride in Norwich for a while as im at uni. How old are you guys that still ride in the Norfolk area?
  15. [attachmentid=8337] Bashguards actually got used digital cameras however..... [attachmentid=8336] the first of many DMR sidekick 'Trials' builds knocked out by X-street. complete with taboo forks [attachmentid=8335] shaun of X-streets Cannondale. 32t bashguard! union jack dcd. [attachmentid=8338] Frika and myself. The bashguard.com dynamic duo
  16. Crud catchers were a must have accessory (as well as DCD but think thats already been mentioned?) The MBUK Urban tour. At the Milton Keynes one I always remember Ashton pulling off a 360 rear wheel pivot and the commentator saying how it was a new trick that had never been pulled before! Ian Cooper was one of the top riders in the UK (and you cant forget his titanium Raleigh) Rich Johnson riding on loads of knackered old cars in a scrap yard, in MBUK. Every little move had to have a name and they varied depending on which area you were from. The Americans had all kind of crazy names. Japslapping, zaptaps. Grrr cant remember many. I'm sure someone else can help me out? The twisted stoppie- how cool was that in T&S ?! and they actually taught the endo..... and the 'FULL' endo.
  17. After your passionate and compelling post I was utterly moved by your plead.... in fact it almost brought a tear to my eye. So I got on with validating right away. Unfortunately the button seems to have got stuck when I got around to you. Dang Read the guidelines
  18. why did Hitler kill himself? His gas bill came through. Whats the difference between Daz Automatic and Jill Dando? Daz Automatic passed the doorstop challenge. Whats causes paedophilia? sexy children. (sorry if any of those have been posted before)
  19. I heard yesterday that your GCSE's expire after five years. Well in the eyes of colleges/ sixform anyway. Important if you do want to go to college though (for most courses) but after that they arent worth a great deal. I wish I had GCSE coursework to do instead of a 10,000 word dissertation
  20. [attachmentid=8305] Here is my 2003 Planet X Zebdi MK5. I wish I still had my Echo ES2 though [attachmentid=8306]
  21. Very nice indeed. You have improved loads since I last saw any of your videos by the looks of it. Might even watch it a second time and that rarely happens with me and Trials videos these days
  22. I got over it Despite forgetting to put the credits on quite randomly a movie producer tracked me and Mart down to say they wanted to use it in their film. Got £400 each for that but havent heard of the film since It was annoying though seeing it on FHM.com as video of the week and the b*****d that sent it in won a swanky digital camera
  23. Its obviously difficult to generalise like this but.... I take it your French Canadian? From what I have been told they find the Quebecian accent "funny". Sorry not exactly filling you with confidence there But not in a bad way so dont worry about it- try and turn the novelty into your advantage. They can be quite patriotic so dont offend or insult their country in any way or make any jokes which could back fire (standard really).... compliment them and their country and they'll be loving it. I suppose its quite cliched to say that they are very cultured, but its been true with the French people that I've met. Once you get to know a lovely French lady ask her opinions on politics/ world affairs (the French take much more interest in this kind of shizzle). Dont go on about it too much though obviously. If all that fails then just slip something into her drink At no point slip the words "surrender monkey" into conversation.
