Yup, since I got it I don't like it. Hence why it's only been ridden 3 times and the spec has changed everytime!

lol yeah you're best of lightening up your stock with the cash from it!

  2. They are, I'm 28 and got properly schooled by all the youngsters and actually came in last but still a good laugh and great day out. Especially riding something new and completely different to what I usually ride!
  3. Tom can you sort the gallery out?? I can't create a new album to upload pics to.
  4. Here's a few pics from Brimham Rocks comp from Sunday. Some are a bit blurred and some have some dodgy shadows that look like the lense cover didn't open properly but it be reet! Got some very shaky vids as well but my laptop is on its last legs currently so not keen on transcoding HD at all, will get them up at some point!

    Jack Carthy

He was frightening, to get round the 1st lap with 1 dab is almost unbelievable with the standard the sections have to be at now!
  6. I spotted that bike he made at Brimham yesterday and it was very nice, far too good a quality and actually true to be "the real" Pete Wright!
  7. Just goes to show my awful knowledge of other riders!
  8. Nah meant Ben, I knew it were you, recognised the beard from the pics you posted the other week from the tyketrial.
  9. Yeah that was me, could well have been, I don't really know many of the elites so that's why I wasn't 100% sure, knew it began with J though! Jack definately won it though. Think he got 1 on first lap and 6 on the second. Unbelievable! Did you get sunburnt?? My necks been murdered and got banging headache now!
  10. No 20" Elites today, not 100% on 2nd and 3rd places but it was Jack Carthy in 1st. Think James Hyland was 2nd but don't quote me on that!
  11. Last place today at Brimham on intermediate and fell off loads but was a proper laugh, love comps!

  12. Sounds like the BB to me too but bear in mind I had an unusual cracking sound on my old zoo and that was cause the headset lower bearings had completely fallen to pieces inside so if tightening the cranks, BB and bars/stem doesn't fix it then that's the next place to try!
  13. Definately a new tyre job! Not sure bout the other topic, what was it??
  14. Top stuff G, looks very smooth!
  15. I wouldn't risk it to be honest!
  16. Right then, who's at Brimham tomorrow??

  17. If you only ever ride in the dry then get some heatsink yellows, unbelievable on a smooth rim. I run them front and rear on my stock with a smooth rim up front and grind on the rear, awesome setup as long as it stays dry though I'll be grinding my front as well soon!
  18. If you've got a fixed rear hub the tensile will work, if you've got a freehub then you need a set of spacers and a single sprocket. As for a chain tensioner you'll get away with a single wheeled one due to having to run a larger rear sprocket than 15t like this http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/sprung_tensioners/4jeri_tensioner/c48p10179.html
  19. If you want a pretty cheap frame have you considered a neon x ray, or even a because simple
  20. No just turn up and watch! I don't know whether to grind my front wheel or not, if it stays dry I'll have no problems but if it's a bit damp I will have no front brake!
  21. Glad I sold mine the other day!
  22. Nipped out with a tape measure earlier, didnt measure the wall in the vid but checked another I did which was slightly bigger at 38" which I'm happy with, especially withmy ropeytechnique!
  23. Yeah Ive seen that but its just too big. He currently can manage a 16" wheeled bike which is just the right size but an 18" would be miles too big. If onza could slip in a 16" wheeled trialsy starter bike I reckon it would sell well, I'd definately buy one and with it not needing super strong trials gear like wheels it could be kept at a reasonable price, unlike the monty 205 which would be a good size but is extortionately priced!
  24. I like the colour scheme, looks like a nice little starter setup. Joe are there any plans to produce a young kids trials bike ala the Monty 205 with 16" wheels? My 3 year old is dying to get a trials bike but he's currenntly stck with a specialized hotrock. To be fair its a good bike but it would be better to get something with some good BB clearance thats not so bmxy, and at this rate a small monty or the smallest onza wont suit him for at least another 2 years I'd have thought. It wouldnt have to have big wide rims and stuff on the rear just a decent geo and some v's to get him started!
