  4. What stem do you have? A trialtech as well isn't it? And how far off from the second bolt is it?
  5. Thanks everyone for the replies. I have decided to buy new forks haha at the risk of getting hurt. And yeah new parts are good but not when you have a perfectly good set of rockmans haha.
  6. Ah ok... Not sure what to do then. And yeah would get a sloped stem but they only come in 150mm and I want a 165mm
  7. Hi, Did a search as I know there's some similar threads but can't remember the outcome. I built my new frame up and the head tube length is longer so my steerer is majorly on the short side. It measures halfway between or just below halfway the first and second bolt on the stem. Will this be alright? Anyone had a similar experience and used it like this fine? Thanks any help would be good
  8. you are joking arent you?

  10. I'm sure it would be no problem if you got in contact with Mick beforehand But bare in mind how wet the ground and obstacles will be at this time of the year. During the winter its almost a no go

  14. Ok cheers. Any idea how much a 24" frame would weigh in steel?(A rough estimate) If I choose the thin tubing option
  15. any idea when your going to be making custom aluminium frames?
  16. hhmmmm....can't decide weather to get a radix frame or go 26" and get a liberte

  21. Yeah it's a really good tyre in the dry. But winter is approaching soon:)' hope your enjoying your 24 mate
  22. I have been running the becuase rim since december. Grind wise seems pretty good, and my brake also seems to work really well(although might be becuase of cousts ). However Im going to a tr rim soon which are supposed to be good with grinds so we will see.
  23. Yeah I've been running it since February and it's defiantly not a wet weather tyre for sure. But the weight and bounce make up for it. Bike looks really nice though
  24. Sorry for the bump! but where are the bits in lee mill quarry with them concrete sleepers 0.05 to 0.15 in the video and abandoned building type thing? I can't find them anywhere or am I being really stupid haha. Obviously I've found the cogs and logs as you first come over the hill etc. Btw. been going there the past few days and some of them gaps on them rocks are ridiculous with brakes let alone without!
