This weekend I went along to the Cambrian Rally which is recognised as one of the best rallies in the U.K. I had originally planned to film the event, but after a few problems (like the forest stage I went to being cancelled), I decided to just take some photos and just enjoy the event.
I ended up going to the final stage of the rally (SS9) which was a short route around the Great Orme in Llandudno, with some of the top cars breaking the 3 minute mark.
I thought I would post some on here as I know there are a number of TF guys who are car nuts, so hopefully they will take some interest

The Ford Escort was a very popular entry.
Witnessing a Lancia Stratos fly past was very special, this one driven by Steve Perez.
Everyone seemed to be taking snaps of the cars.
The crowds got bigger as the sun began to fall, with the last few drivers taking to the stage.
So close yet so far, this 206's clutch just couldn't hold out, failing at the start line.
The long walk back to the services.
A few Group B cars also took to the final stage, providing demonstrations for the crowds.
