  1. It still is beyond me as to why anyone would be violent to a security guard? They are only doing their job, and unless you had permission expressed in the form of written consent, you have no right to stay there! It's their property not yours! Come to Bristol and see how most security guards (if not all) act outside of your own little fantasy world, we have never once been treated aggressively by anyone. On second thoughts, please don't, you'll give trials riders a bad name! Rant over James P.S. Had a huge crowd gathered around as riding by the fountains yesterday, everyone was appreciating the riding, taking pictures and in general being rather supportive of us!
  2. Generally no, Bristol is such a nice accepting place... that and have Ben Rowlands around tends to keep certain unsavory types away, he's a monster! If you get asked to move on, just say yes and do it! It's only polite! James
  3. I often find that overtightening the clamps can cause a non returning piston...try that James
  4. Lack of helmet helmet is only temporary.... broke my old one just before filming began, and will be getting a helmet of sorts within the next new weeks Thanks James
  5. Hey all, Here is my third video! Hope you enjoy! http://vimeo.com/31757978 James
  6. I'm guessing Ben Savage going by the Hope team issue brake, Dare2b clothing and rockman setup... James
  7. Cheers. It's only so I have a seperate one for filming, and seeing as they are chap I thought why not. Saves me taking by nicer lenses riding! Manual it is then! Cheers James
  8. 18 quid each. The AF one is a SMC. The manual one is a Cosmicar (division of Pentax). They are older lenses. Am going to be using it on a Pentax Kr for filming only. Thanks James
  9. Calling all togs and filmographers! After a cheap lens for filming. Found 2 28-80mms f3.5-4.5 going cheap. Ones is AF and with non-manual aperture, and the other is full manual. Which to choose? Many thanks James
  10. Hey all, Looking into getting a steadycam or shoulder rig setup for my dslr to film with. Looking for wuite cheap, so anyone got any ideas? Thanks James
  11. That was my total fail of an attempt at being arty haha Cheers for the comments guys! Trying to sort out a steadicam...any one fot any ideas? Many thanks James
  12. Ayrton's 13...shocked me too! What's wrong with the tripod? My filming skills are rather rubbish without! James
  13. It says you are in Bristol, I'm pretty sure none of the normal riders I know in Bristol are like that... Rowan, Ben and all the other very good riders are all really friendly, and more than willing to help a newbie out James
  14. Tensioners fine.... As above check chainline and teeth. Odds are the hub is not up to the job though. James
  15. Try tightening it up, doesn't cost anything and it will rule that out, or solve it! Mission hubs tend to be unbranded ones, and thus unreliable James
  16. The hub is skipping. What hub is it? Probably means the hub isn't up to trials use. James
  17. Cheers Josh haha When you hitting up Bristol again then buddy? James
  18. Cheers guys! Had a Fourplay and this happened....] Unfortunately not in the financial situation to afford on at the moment....Literally can't afford the new springs I desperately need for my hub! haha Cheers James
  19. Right, a quick throw together of a few brakeless clips of myself over the last few weeks. More as an experiment in montages like at the beginning! http://vimeo.com/31167640 Enjoy! James
  20. Hey all http://vimeo.com/31131654 New edit, and first edit from Swindon rider Ayrton Jack. After only riding for 18 moths, and on his brand new bike, Ayrton came to Bristol to test it out! A very talented young rider! Filmed on a Pentax Kr with Pentax 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 DAL Edit by James Woodbridge Music - The Herbaliser-It Aint Nuttin (And for those who prefer youtube, ) Many thanks James
  21. Haha, love Nick when people start to get shirty! James
  22. Pretty cool. Was that under permission or a break in? haha James
  23. Try speaking to the school. If it's for a reason and not just to play around they should be pretty reasonable. I'm doing my vid with an inline skater and freerunner, and will be entering it into a competition. James
  24. Yep, got permission from the head of the sixth form college there, now just got to take it to the principal. Thank god he is a family friend! James That was pretty cool. Found loads of lines littered about the site so hopeful I'll be able to ride them! All pretty nials and big! James
