  1. You make me sound so suspicious John! Do it man, I am hoping to get the comps done next year too! James
  2. Don't worry, you can count on me! I'm sure with Tom pushing you you won't have any rest until you're riding a comp! haha James
  3. It'd be good to see the Neon out and about again John! Let me know when you're out next and I'll hook up with you guys for a ride! James
  4. Not a lot to ride in Bath, so Bristol is your best bet. I might be out, so will drum up some interest with the other Bristol lot! Cheers James
  5. Possibly THE most beautiful song ever made.... James
  6. Put an 18T on the rear and it will be way too low for even trials use!
  7. I'm pretty sure if you spoke to Rob he could do that for you Ben.... The axle in the rear of my Hope XC is actually compoletely turned by hand on a lathe, and it fits perfectly! James
  8. You have a glidecam?! Lucky bugger! Still waiting for the video to convert, will edit when it has! James Edit: that video was rather nice to watch, really chilled and yet quite intense at the same time!
  9. Her rents have banned her from seeing me full stop as of a few weeks ago. She's got like 1 year and 2 months until 16...
  10. Noe, this is a longer more f**ked up and mind boggling story! if you wanna know I'll fill you in on facebook. Kinda pissed the red head off yesterday which has left me in a super c**p mood! James
  11. How big an age difference is too big at 17? Massive internal dilemma here! On the plus side, she is a model! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
  12. Rear vee? And possibly a Try-All Stiky Lite? Definitely change the pedals to something caged or mag... James
  13. Cheers bud, much appreciated! James
  14. Fair shout. We ride everywhere. Cumberland basin is pretty good, but normally castle park, the amphitheater, the railway tracks and the town center are our usual hide outs! You are more than welcome, new riders are great for the sport! James
  15. Don't worry... I couldn't even rear wheel hop when I started riding with Ben Rowlands and the likes, everyone is super friendly and helpful! There are a few new guys around at the moment so it'd be cool to see some new faces What do you ride? James
  16. Seem's like you are a Bristol rider, have we seen you on a ride before? Cheers James
  17. Yeh, the old school zoot... probably the best bike I have ever owned. as I can do most styles on it, from comps to street to brakeless! Cheers 'Cus I'm 'arddd! Haha... I know exactly why, it's because I buy tired old cheap second hand parts and give them an absolute pasting, so I can't really complain. I built my Inspired for less than 200 quid, and have spent another 100 in getting this frame and swapping over some bits, so 300 quid for that spec bike is bloody cheap! There was nothing on there bad quality, just old I shall one day be able to afford a brand new bike... One day... ps, cheers James
  18. I know what you mean, possible one of my top 10 favorite songs ever! It's a bummer, but I'll live through it! Just got to stay positive! Cheers dude! Couldn't help but experiment with my new software! Cheers dude Knowing me the smashing will be literal in my case! haha James
  19. Hey all, You may have come here wondering what the title means. Well it means two things. Firstly, I am going to take a break from trials for a few months. After hurting my wrist whilst snapping my bars on Wednesday, and having health problems for the last 8 months or so, I think it is well needed. This brings me to the second point. I was 1 month into filming my second video, and as such have been left with a months worth of footage which I could choose to keep for my big edit, or give up, make a small edit and start again when I rejoin next spring.... alas I chose the second! http://vimeo.com/32984007 Enjoy! James
  20. Just added to the blog a link to my Flickr account, where I am going to be posting up my photography work. You can view it Here. Cheers James@MotionKapture
  21. Hey all, A few weeks ago I decided to set up a blog and Vimeo page to showcase the various videos I make of mine and others riding, alongside footage from other sports as well! See the blog HERE. At the moment there is a special post up about a friend of mine, so show your support and have a read! My vimeo page is HERE, so check that out too to see what I do! http://vimeo.com/31757978 Big thanks goes out to Heatsink bikes for offering their support in helping me grow this project in the coming years! Check out the pages in the coming weeks as I have several unusual filming projects in the final stages of completion that will be up soon! Cheers James
