Respect where respect is due and YOU are the MAN for organising street rides. In the street corner : RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS MMMMMMMMMMcccccccccccccccccccccccccAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHUUUUURRRRRRRR. Matthew, I apologise, but don't hear anything from the local boys here or on the forum. Must be an underground movement in Edinburgh. Do they have to go through any special initation!!! Rabs back on the scene as well so he will ride (with) anybody. Don dont worry about the banter, its normal.

Nope, its a 150 for a win then less for second and so on. irrespective of the marks in the sections or overall score. maybe wrong but UCI webpage explains all.

hello Don, There are a few street riders in Edinburgh but I dont think they are out much. We are down in East Lothian Haddington where there are many. We have a barn session starting again soon on Tuesday nights. some of the boys are out most weekends street and Natural. PM me and I will get back to you. There is a street ride organised by Ross Mcarthur but its over in Glasgow. Listed under organised rides in a few weeks. Most of the top riders will be in attendance and many others from around the area..

Go onto the UCI website, trials section, then rules!! Good luck! 150 for a win then I lost the will to live.

Big well done to Jack from the Scottish Buggers, , it was always coming that win. Great way to end the year, keep up the training for next year.

Hero in your reply to the hater. We have had it a couple of years ago in Haddington and we just gave up went else where. I did even take the initative a go to the council and the police and was just put down with if we get complaints then we will issue ASBOs and take the kids bikes of them. So big up for doing it.

Thanks I have won something at last. I will retire at the top with a big thank you to Ross for putting me there.

I think Aarons are just two cross both sides built by Mike and there have been no problems with the front. Snapped a few in the back but thats usually on landing drops

Dont see any young riders (just a joke before I get it in the neck again and I am resisting about the other, as Ross is the new equal oppertunities club officer) , so I will bring some, Maybe Aaron, Stuart and Cammy (Stuart and Aaron works Saturdays). Simon will video with his new toy. I will bring bike to get around. RAB is back riding but is away on a sailing holiday. (that Tom Jones old sailing video with the tighty whities just keeps coming to mind) Look forward to it as Iast one I really enjoyed the day oot.

Hi Guys, Ian Shankie (he is the main guy for Bob Macgregor) phoned and mentioned some are coming up on Friday. (No problems) Couple of things to be aware of. 1 Please SHUT the main entrance gate behind you as there are sheep up on the hills above the quarry. 2 Camping will be on the grassy area to the RHS just as you come through the gate. 3 Motor home parking can be on the RHS just further up of the main entrance road by the play section area or in the new huge car park on the LHS. Please dont park down by the containers as you will need to move back up for Saturday night. All other vehicles please use the big car park. There are spaces down by the containers but these are for staff or disabled and me. 4 Please SIGN IN in the wee container in the paved area each day. (THIS IS FOR EVERYBODY ALL WEEKEND PLEASE) The main thing is that it helps the club get funding each year to spend on the park and the other is the usuall elf and softy. I will be reminding everybody each day. 5 I will be on site Saturday morning (maybe Friday afternoon) Hope you all have a great weekend and feel free to use the facilities and any of the ground (except the sections!!)

Normal service resumed, even with bendy forks and sair heel. Need to have body wax for next taps aff day. Midges would be lost in there for days before they find blood.

Sorry guys I was setting up saturday and didnt get to bed till late!! You missed a cracker, river level was low enough to get the experts gapping across the rapids and the sun shone all day. The heather ale was ok as well? somebody will post up photos please, I observed so didnt get a chance. Thanks again to all the observers and the girls for signing on, help for setting up and stripping the sections. See you all in two weeks for hopefully an epic last Scottish of the year and second last round of the British.

Kevin here. Yup with the help of Rab in the 360 we have made some great and varied sections. BIG rocks (and wee ones as well) Pipe section, rock staircase, concrete filled pipes with logs joining between them, big concrete blocks. With onsite camping, toilets and two old ladies making food all day and the best cake in the world! pics of sections on club facebook page but before they have been modified last weekend.
-
	Of course no problem.
-
Weather forecast is sun sun sun all day. Yahoo. The stone thiefs are setting up a alibi by saying they will be in yorkshire this weekend.
-
Friend is going up there this weekend. There is an alternative dry "Hydro" river a few miles from Killin that is supposed to be suitable for sections. I know the weather is rainy leading up but it will change!! I will keep all posted. Also there is the quarry we are camping at that I can make sections. Dont worry be happy.

Reply1 Yes you can or have a day membership, just like the Tykes system. Please watch this post for weather updates. Reply 2 You can try but you would get us banned for life, and if I catch you then your banned for life. The rock in question is a rock that geologists study and is not from the falls but was washed down stream a long time ago and will a some time carry on its trip down stream in the next big flood. Me and the boys will be camping up at the dam on Saturday night, beer and fire but no Rab this year to blow things up BOO, anybody welcome to join us.
