I prefer the oldschool TGS style gaps, kick, pick bike up in mid air, tuck and then extend. It doesnt look very smooth but it just looks so much nicer than moving in a straight line, theres more style to it.

I always find pinch gapping makes me lean way too far back and I ultimately gap a lot worse.

Why do you have to just keep going on and on? Just leave it already.

I normally run 35psi front and 30psi rear on a 24 trial, the tyres I'm running (kenda kinetics) feel sluggish and flat rather than bouncy at lower pressures and I weigh about 81kg so constantly rim at lower pressures.

I much prefer CLS over Dwat or Tunni, it's just the rawness of it.

Then you should know your 24 isn't designed to "incorporate bmx moves" although whether you ride it streety is up to you.

Title says it all, I've heard that you'll run into clearance problems when running front fixed on the Echo trial 24" frame, which cog should I use so I dont hit the chainstays? Edit* 17-13 seems to be the same ratio as 18-14, would this be a better route to take?

I think the X2 can take mono trial pads? I know the V2 definitely can but don't hold me to this.

I guess you mean 116? I think only the old Echo Control and a few old Neon 26"s had 116mm dropouts, I know you can get the Echo Trial 24" in 116 though.

The echo SL is your best bet.

1: That brake noise made me shit myself, you sir are a monster. 2: Generic bmx freewheels are terribly bad, I hope you didn't pay more than £10 for the freewheel and about £10max for labour.

I might just get one then when funds allow. The only info I can find on the Kinetics 24x2.35 tyres is that they weigh about 700g, is it worth the upgrade do you reckon?

When I rode mod I would have loved that frame, 135mm dropouts and post mount? Rear ProII and a Tech V2, job done.
