  1. Yeah I thought about a fat albert but because its so light im worried about pinches.
  2. Nice new update do this, managed to snap my front hub (the bit the disc tabs and bearing are) so currently without a front wheel, annoying as I'd only re-built it one ride before. I've also got back to an 04 maggy as I prefer the lever feel, I've finally learnt to sidehop too! Probably looking at some new tyres soon as these Kendas are narrow at 2.35 and heavy as fawwkk, what would you guys recommend?
  3. By street I think he means tgs 995wb is short (think koxx silver sky) 1065wb is stupidly long (Zoo pythons) I think nowadays 1000wb is short and 1020-1025 is long
  4. Getting a new front hub anyway, I just like rear ProII's
  5. Without looking I'd say I've got a bit of space, does it look like it'll be too much of a pain in the arse and I should just leave it?
  6. New queation! Think I'm getting a rear king now, I'm wondering which 18t front screw on sprocket would be best to use in the place of my free wheel? And which spacer kit / rear cog would you recommend? Heya guys, with tarty close I thought I'd post here instead to help shead some light on this... Basically I absolutely love ProII rear hubs, they feel crisp, they're reliable and they sound amazing, after ripping the disc mount off of my front Echo TR hub I'm after a pair of matching ProII's and obviously going to be getting rid of my SL Freewheel. Now I've come to a problem, on the Tarty website it states "recommended 18-14 ratio with front freewheel only", I'm wondering why it's restricted to FFW? Cheers, Mikey.

    24" Tyres

    What about puncture resistance though?
  8. The pads are the same as the monotrial
  9. The x2's are bad for trials, you need either a tech trial or a tech v2
  10. Cheers for the offer skunky, I managed to source a complete 04 set up from a friend for a tenner! Picking Adrian up from Woking about 10am, meeting 11am. Anywhere I can park for free?
  11. I'm most likely either driving or getting the train down with Adrian, anyone got an 05 maggy lever I could pay for via PayPal and collect tomorrow?
  12. I miss the fluro phase My dream bike will always be the original Koxx silversky with pink fluro rims.
  13. Aesthics I'd take the curve. Not a clue on performance though.
  14. Mark the guy in that video rides and looks as if he has brakes, mental.
  15. I found out about this on my birthday last Sat, only met him a couple of times but he was an absolute lad. Rip man.
  16. Just get either the mono trials or the V2's, they'll both take hope pro pads.
  17. I dont expect dslr quality but I do expect better than grainy, jumpy footage. Calops If I can return this camera for cash I might take you up on that offer, I'll let you know. Edit* The Helmet Pro works out to be about £155 from the official website but I take it those accessorys probably come to about £35-40 right?
  18. Jamie I know that videos at night but the resolution on it looks terrible and as Dan has just pointed out the playsport becomes shit with a lense attached. I'd rather spend the full £150 on a camera than £80 on something I wouldn't be happy with.
  19. That was one of the videos that I didn't like the quality of, seems a bit grainy, colours look off and theres no consistancy between dark clips and the clips that're too bright. I guess it'll have to do if theres nothing else around this kinda price point though.
  20. I'm not sure whether it was the way the videos were edited / compressed but the videos from Playsports that I've seen look to be full 720p but kinda choppy. Plus they use a magnetic mount for lenses. I guess I'll get one if no one else can provide answers.
  21. Hey guys, I got some form of Cybershot camera for Christmas and although the picture quality is amazing the video quality is pisspoor, I only wanted a camera for filming so I've spoke to my mum (as she bought it) and I've got the receipt for it. She paid £100 for the camera and about £50 on a case + 4gb sd card + insurance, hopefully I'll be able to use the sd card + trasnfer the insurance if I buy it from the same place. I've also got about £50 of my own money to put towards a new camera. Must be able to film in 720 and I'd prefer to have capabilities to add a threaded fisheye rather than those dodgy magnetic ones and also be able to sit on a tripod. Cheers in advance, Mikey.
  22. You've obviously never seen the 24" frames designed for pure trials.
  23. I understand Daves being a bit thick and argumentative here but why do you guys always have to keep going on and on? Just drop it and I'm sure Dave wouldn't pursue it further.
