  1. Years ago I liked a lot of the Showtek stuff
  2. Work + it's mine and my girlfriends 1month (soppy I know blahblah) Make it sunday and I'm there.
  3. You barely preload, you're too rigid on the bike (always have been) and you barely lift / tuck.
  4. The pads that don't work look so happy, proof that work = sadness.

    Tarty Bikes

You just talked about Tartybikes. So did I, shit.
  6. Snapped my kmc kool after about 3-4months light riding, fixed it with a spare link and snapped my forks doing the first move after that. Took it as a sign from the gods and now have some shiny new forks and a new chain
  7. I had a 4ft breaker bar and a vice and it wouldn't budge, sent it to tartys on a monday and had it back by weds.
  8. It's a camping thing, I'm sure someone will have tent space.
  9. When I was dual disc and shit at getting the wheel perfectly centered I'd slam the wheel in the dropouts with a spoke tentioner, worked really well and I still do it whilst bedding a new chain in so I'm not constantly adjusting it
  10. Zhi split from Echo and deng has a strong hatred of zhi. I think he threatened to stop selling to Tarty if they stocked Zhi too.
  11. He's got his old pisspot? Not sure if you're serious or joking to be honest... Jack, needs more grass banks!
  12. My bike at 1:42 before the fork snap RIP Johnny, good to see his bikes being put to good use
  13. Washing up liquid / talc the tube and tyre and then pump it to its maximum pressure as fast as possible, should force it to sit properly, then just lower the pressure
  14. Why're you so shit? Aha I'll be heading down to barrow some time in march hopefully, I'll give you a shout when im heading down
  15. November? I'm not a heavy rider and I've only been doing hooks / gaps to front for a month or so, ride once or twice a week too so they haven't seen much use.
  16. I said they were good the other day, they snapped at the crown earlier :/
  17. Well I bash hooks and they're fine. The few sets I've seen go have the dropouts snap in half.
  18. Mine are from late Sept and still going strong without creaks, they are flexy as f**k though but I still trust them. I don't do massive gaps / up to fronts but I do a fair few smaller gaps to front, bearing in mind im about 82kg they've held up well.
  19. I cant really remember, only going by what I've read throughout the years.
  20. From what I remember they were amazing on smooth rims, the moment you stick them on a grind they crumble like the rubber used to rub out pencil.
  21. I only watched the video on my phone, listening to it through proper speakers it doesnt replicate the noise :/
  22. No its definitely something inside the hub itself as it only happens when span fast rather than ridden fast, I know the sound loose spokes make. I've had the cassette body + axle out and sprayed GT85 in and it didnt make the slightest bit of difference, my LBS doesn't have the king tool but a friends one does so I'm going to borrow that and have it apart properly, I'd knock the bearing out if it wasnt already slightly notchy.
