From what I remember it'll be the #5 caliper. Bascially the #5 caliper will be 180mm if run on the forks or 160mm on the rear wheras a #3 wil be 160mm on the forks and 140mm on the rear.

I'm about 12% now and easily eating 3k cals a day, with increased muscle mass to fuel and when I lower my cal intake for summer It should be fairly easy to hit 9%

Depends what cable disc? Friends of mine used to run bb7's and they've all been dangerously more powerful than anything else I've felt up front.

I'd say save up for a rear hope, Tarty Adam used to run dual disc on his Hydroxx 26" and from what I remember reading he got on okay with it. I've also ridden the... Red sky? at Barrow farm which was dual disc and felt amazing to ride.

Gained about 4kg in the last 3weeks and managed to keep reletivly lean (rougly 12%), not bad. Only about 18kg and a 3% bodyfat loss before my goal of 95kg @ 9% Need some motivation for it!
