18 teeth, 108 points of engagement
Edit: +1 for the Echo sl. I brought mine, fitted it, bedded it in for a day, and forgot about it. Never slipped, crunched, felt funny. Always quick, positive engagement, and i trust it 100%
What mike said is spot on. Also, when you clean the threads up and they are slightly iffy, you can use the freewheel to re-workn the threads.
Grease the threads and use a freewheel tool to tighten the freewheel 1/2 a turn, then undo it 1/4 a turn and work it on that way
I run a KMC Z610 HX, 3/32" and have had no problems with it, but also ive heard alot of good rep about the K710 Kool, 1/8'.
Either way, its recomended to replace your chain regularly due to the stress's they go through
The thing you got to remember liam is that the pads are set up square with no load.
As soon as you press the lever, the frame will flex, causing the pads to wear uneven.
Also, if one part of the pad grips the rim, this can cause the pad to roll, causing uneven wear.
It doesnt look that uneven, just keep an eye on it
Yeh ive posted frames off, cost me like £12 via parcelforce at the post office.
I had a quick look on the royal mail website, and its gunna cost about £22, which aint bad i guess
Just wasnt sure if there was a weight/size limit or something stupid
I recently listed my bmx on ebay (got screwed over by a newbie :/) so im going to relist it.
Just was wondering, how easy is it to post a whole bike? it is as simple as boxing it up and draggin it to your local post office? (never posted anything this big)
And whats the average price of posting a bike?
Cheers
Love it! would love to see how these perform!
Edit : Love how a manafacture has finally thought: 'lets slap the best of two pad compounds into one neat package'
