  1. 18 teeth, 108 points of engagement Edit: +1 for the Echo sl. I brought mine, fitted it, bedded it in for a day, and forgot about it. Never slipped, crunched, felt funny. Always quick, positive engagement, and i trust it 100%
  2. Less than that i think. im pretty sure the xc/mono have 18. Ive got one on my dh bike
  3. What mike said is spot on. Also, when you clean the threads up and they are slightly iffy, you can use the freewheel to re-workn the threads. Grease the threads and use a freewheel tool to tighten the freewheel 1/2 a turn, then undo it 1/4 a turn and work it on that way
  4. So you make a special effort to be a c**t on here then?
  5. Yeh, thats it. They are light, and can take some abuse (i havnt snapped one yet, and im 14 stone )
  6. I run a KMC Z610 HX, 3/32" and have had no problems with it, but also ive heard alot of good rep about the K710 Kool, 1/8'. Either way, its recomended to replace your chain regularly due to the stress's they go through
  7. To beable to side to back/front rails
  8. Considering ur talking on here and not on msn/fb, you got any spare pads? even with little material? Cant get a decent front brake on my blade :/
  9. The thing you got to remember liam is that the pads are set up square with no load. As soon as you press the lever, the frame will flex, causing the pads to wear uneven. Also, if one part of the pad grips the rim, this can cause the pad to roll, causing uneven wear. It doesnt look that uneven, just keep an eye on it
  10. Nice to see that somes manafacturing something along the lines of the Phat Carbon Frame. The standard of work looks excellent!
  11. Just checked, 3 meters in length, and 1.5 meters girth Yes, they actually used the word GIRTH
  12. Yeh ive posted frames off, cost me like £12 via parcelforce at the post office. I had a quick look on the royal mail website, and its gunna cost about £22, which aint bad i guess Just wasnt sure if there was a weight/size limit or something stupid
  13. I recently listed my bmx on ebay (got screwed over by a newbie :/) so im going to relist it. Just was wondering, how easy is it to post a whole bike? it is as simple as boxing it up and draggin it to your local post office? (never posted anything this big) And whats the average price of posting a bike? Cheers
  14. Why do people put their bashrings opposite the crank?
  15. For knowing about metals and their characteristics? Hes a workshop engineer, thats why he knows his stuff
  16. TO TRY OUT? Jake, you have too much money
  17. Just looked at the freewheel on tarty, doesnt look like theres enough material on the tabs to use a removal tool!
  18. Pictures? Proberly telling you to suck eggs, did you use a bolt to hold the freewheel removal tool tight to the freewheel?
  19. Me and my mate was joking around saying you could turn the frame up side down to get a super high bb. Then i saw this
  20. Normal, all freewheels have tight points, and the outer ring can move side to side Dont worry about it
  21. Love it! would love to see how these perform! Edit : Love how a manafacture has finally thought: 'lets slap the best of two pad compounds into one neat package'
