used to run a 60mm x 5 ish degree rise stem with 2" rise bars and 20mm of stackers - pretty dire running a 105 x 10 degree rise stem now and it feels 100x better. basically the higher the front end the better. shrews runs like a metre of stackers and 2.5" bars and it rides damn well if a little extreme. mike just got an 80mm x 20 degree rise stem and said the extra rise made his bike 10x nicer to ride too. if you're using 26" style forks then obviously the drop in wheel size drops your front end so you have to compensate. i'd say you'll need like 20mm stackers, 10 degree rise stem and 2" bars minimum. but don't overdo it like you say cos there is a medium. the way to get it to feel just right is changing the stackers around. if you want the most outta your 24 get some light tyres on which roll real good too. and lighter is better as i've now learned haha oh yeah don't need to cut your bars down at all? unless you're big on x-ups/barspins or something

DVD duplication is fairly expensive Perhaps Nick only has enough cash just lying around to make 200? Then when he makes money, he makes more copies Easy

What mean is..look at it from their perspective. No one knows anything about the Pro2 yet, how it will last. These are prices based on the previous experience of warranty claims of Mono or XC / Bulb hubs. YES if it breaks within the warranty period under normal use they will do it for free. Hope still will! That is, Mono/Bulb/XC hubs breaking for normal riding use. And Pro2 for trials use. The TV was an example. Yes you'd expect a refund or replacement within warranty. Fine. That's what Hope do, and still are. Beyond that you'd expect to pay. I don't care if you've fixed TVs etc, it's not important. You CAN'T fix a Hope hub on your own!

Some of you lot need to try and run a business. If it isn't financially viable then why should a company do it? Why should a company lose money on something which is above normal wear and tear (or in the case of trials...probably seen as abuse) They still do it for free if it's in their warranty period anyway! trials or not. Your TV comes with a guarantee for the first 12 months..want an extended warranty and it will cost you. You wouldn't take it back and say "oh it's broke fix it and send it back to me for free" Especially if you'd been doing something to it other than its "intended" use. Curtis used to offer free frame repairs on everything. But it doesn't make business sense when you have to pay for a frame strip, labour, repainting, postage. All costs to the manufacturer. Sure for free is nice in the first instance, but when you start getting a bigger market and a lot more sales / stuff coming back - you're either gonna have to charge, or go bust. Esecially when people start taking the piss.
