@Paperclip runs the Odyssey Aitkens, and hardly ever gets a flat, they are dual ply so will definitely be better than holy roller and continental for punctures. You can run downhill tubes, really thick but also really heavy. I'm 10st and rim out my Conti all the time @ 40-45psi. I don't do some stuff because I know it will end with a flat, it's annoying. Dual ply conti would be sweet.
