Getta grip probably started it for me - the Ashton Hawzee section blew me away then obviously chainspotting really got me hooked ... and big jeff lenosky in evolve = since then nothing has really shocked me except for that notts ride with some french dudes .... which at the time really opened my eyes about what was physically possible on a bike....

I agree - 5mins is the max time you should be spending ... I would imagine most peoples problems come from wank grinds and just not getting the pads hitting the rims square on .... other than that you all just weeds not pulling the brake lever hard enough
