  1. Yep. But he does mention lifting:
  2. These would be a good upgrade: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ROCK-SHOX-RECON-SILVER-TK-FRONT-FORKS-WITH-120MM-TRAVEL-AND-LOCK-OUT-26ER-/291124956335 Whats your price range?
  3. Why train? If you are good, you shouldn't need to train. And if you aren't, practise. Just leave it to people who are competing otherwise you will just find riding boring and you wont have time for it.
  4. How much did it cost you altogether?
  5. Bad luck, they seem in good nick
  6. Anyone have a really cheap 24" street or 26" stock frame?

... and they didn't find out about Jimmy Saville until he died

  8. This is mine and it was built for around £450 (but it has a lot more upgrades now) If you wanted to, consider building one cause you can choose everything you want on the bike and make it just right for you.
  9. What axle are you running with your front wheel? If you have a 15QR through Axle, you cant go wrong with Foxs: http://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1562854/ Rebas are great also but its hard to find a good pair that aren't worn out. My neighbour has a rare version with a carbon top crown and they have never gone wrong with him What is your price range? Here is a standard 9mm QR version of the Foxs: http://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1543165/ Here are some good Rebas: http://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1522017/ More Rebas: http://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1495090/ - (they have the remote lockout) More Foxs: http://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1548392/ These all seem good but go and look at them before buying if I were you.
