  1. Snapped my derailleur hanger on my MTB on Sunday... no riding for a week :(

  2. I'll have to wait until I get my new Trials bike off Mike then
  3. This is the only thing a bike thief could use in their defence: 'I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn’t work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.' And what I would say in reply to that: 'Hang em'

That's genuinely the most obvious saying I've heard.

ngl i thought the same thing haha

  4. With me, I can lift the front wheel about 2 ft when I really try but when doing that I cant get enough grip on the pedals to hook the rear of the bike up with me. Many times I have just slid off the pedals and that's not very pleasant since my shins are now black and blue and covered in scars. Is it just my timing that needs working on then? I was gonna put a vid on but yesterday I did a front wheel pivot on my mtb whilst going downhill @ about 30mph and I managed to snap my derailleur hanger clean off
  5. Or just keep them upstairs in your bedroom
  6. My uncle built a shed and lined the walls with steel and mounting bolts You could also get a BikeShepherd Sticker which u put on your frame. If someone tries to take it off, it releases a GPS signal (@ least that's how I think it works). Theyre around ÂŁ15 Really just try and make it look as hard as possible to take your bike. If a thief thinks it'll be too much hassle, he'll leave it. So strap almost every part of it down, put a cover on it, maybe a few chains. And if that doesn't work get a pike with the head of the last thief who stole from u stuck atop of it.
  7. They are meant to be extremely good for the money they cost. The Enduro one they make gets a great writeup, I got a recent Dirt mtb magazine and they loved it If it were me, I'd get that one instead of the DH one : http://www.yt-industries.com/shop/en/Bikes/Trail/Capra-CF-Pro If you're looking for a DH bike though, you cant go wrong with the new Canyons
  8. If anybody voted UKIP, I deteste you

  9. I was just wondering about this cause I have been reading the Trashzen Book and it makes out that your front foot is also your strong foot (for pedal kicks etc) and for me that is different :/ I ride with my left foot forward but for performing a wheelie or what not, I use my right foot to initiate it. Is this normal or am I just strange?
  10. Alright, I'll see what I can do. Anyway I tried again for about an hour today and still no progress. Does practising on a full susser play a part in not being able to get the bike that high? (I know Chris Akrigg can but he is awesome). Basically what I do is crouch (only a little) lean back liftinf the front wheel about 1/2 a foot and then lurch forward scooping with my pedals but that only gets me a tiny bit a air Mike I'll be getting your Pitbull soon so that should help anyways
  11. Hey guys and gals, I learnt to bunnyhop on my mountain bike about a month ago now and I'm having trouble bunnyhopping high. I find it hard to do the full movement and can only go about a foot in the air ( and that's a stretch) . I can do the move in two separate movements quite high but combining them, that's a whole new story... I know most people are just gonna say practice but if there is any technique that makes it easier, I'd love to know. I think my main problem is sucking up the front wheel and standing up :/
  12. Sorry man, I cant really cause I'm down in Malvern. If I do go to London sometime though I'll message you

actually you should do that. safe usb removing and groundstraps can be overlooked if you know what you doing, but hardwares are usually not hot swapable so it will not detect and with a simple touch you could shorten something out and kill basically the whole computer. after this sentence I am feeling my virginity growing back a little

  14. I thought it was the one he used in Swint or Slude right?
