  1. after reading that O need to look at my daily routine different! ahai will be getting a multi gym in my garage within the next few days. but my diet sucks! I really do eat poor! just junk really! but I do need to get bigger! im classed as a "small" flanker! Coach says in technically good, but I feel I can do more.
  2. I've started back at rugby, been back about 5 weeks. training once a week. and a game on saturdays! but most night ill be doin weights. after I do my routine my arms, shoulders. mainly upper body is weak for about 10 mins, but in the morning im still stiff! I "warm down" as such, but a guy at work says shakes will help repair the muscles. I never tried them, and will they work? so which ones best? there too many out there, tried researching, but they all say "theres" is the best! I work on mainly on upper body and work the legs in the game.

  9. Tried contacts. Loved em! just took me over 30 mins an eye to get in! Spec on the other hand. I went to specsavers and got a pair of Osiris and some other similar looking ones, on the bogoff they have http://www.specsavers.co.uk/glasses/designer-glasses/osiris-706/ I only wear the Osiris one if I'm out in town. or after work. the cheap pair are for work, biking, or where they could get destroyed! I was going to get laser but I couldnt for 2 reasons 1st being I couldnt afford it and 2nd. you have to have 4-5 eye tests that read the same before you can have it done. (well I was told that) But mine changes every time i go in!

  18. get some 6mm think steel and make one to fit, use a hacksaw to make a neater cut. all you'll need is a decent hacksaw, file, and a drill.
  19. I was doing weights most nights, started with 30lbs and done as many reps as poss. then pushed to a round number (think it was about 30) then added 5 lbs and dropped the reps by 10. I could only do this to 40lbs, (only have one 12" bar) I did notice is was easier after about 2 weeks to do the "session" Then mixed it up my firing all the weight on. doing 35 reps, then 35 sit ups, and 35 pressups. and made sure I done 5 sets! I was dead by the end. but did start to look bigger! From what I've read up on it seems to be down to what you eat too. gotta eat the right stuff. but I suppose if you cut out the crap. my cardio is every 2 weeks. for around 80mins. (rugby) lol
