  1. You can get 4-bolt mounts with sets of magura HS33 instead of EVO mounts if you ask nicely, as this is basically what I do, so it doesn't cost any more for having 4-bolt mounts in the set, the reason they are that price is because that's the price, maguras trade a expensive, if you see them cheap like £50 anywhere it's probably because they are OEM parts bought in massive bulk without boxes, instructions, spare bits or any other pointless bits which come along with maguras, hence why they are so much cheaper at some places. Phil.
  2. I'm not too sure whether that website explains anything, as the website said that before the organisers said it wasn't going ahead, so I would imagine they havn't updated the website, unless the dates have changed which I don't know. Phil.
  3. Selectbikes will send you some if you send SAE to us we will send some stickers, no problem. Phil.
  4. You can slide the tensioners off quite easilly, they do not effect the hub at all, if you do this you can replace the tensioners with spacers of some sort to get the correct spacing. Or: You can send the wheel back and we will refund you the price if it's not been used. Thanks. Phil.
  5. Did you understand any of the jokes and comments we where saying at koxx days last year. Did you understand us ? How many people have you sued? Do you like "big buts"? Do you regret making this topic (probably already asked)? Do you know who Barry Scott is? How many wooden cars have you seen this week? If I went to new York on my bike would I get shot or mugged? Have you ever tricked burglars by setting traps to harm them? Do you like Coca Cola? Ta bud. Phil. Phil.
  6. Yer, that's cool mate, I only told Damon myself after he made the post, I don't think he had any idea what was wrong with it, just that it broke, lol. Phil.
  7. Hi. I have just spotted this post. The other day, I was away all morning without anybody else to man the phone as I was at the Dentist to have some operation, unfortunately, if I missed a call somebody will try to call you back, i'm not sure how long you have been calling for, sorry, I also get many calls out of hours which I also pick up if possible, as I say if there is no answer please leave a message or we will call you back, or try again a bit later on. Pm me here, e-mail us sales@selectbikes.com or give us a call again, sorry for any inconvenience sometimes occasionally the odd call is missed throughout the day, give us a call again, please. Sorry again. Partz, did you get a pen urm, haha, ye, Stickers also available with all orders now too E-mails are crazy too, nice reading through them all, we reply to every e-mail if neccissary 50 e-mails a day sometimes is great, keep them coming thanks guys. Phil.
  8. There isn't anything wrong with the design of the hubs, it's the manufacturing process of the mass produced finished item which failed quality and control inspections, therefore the hubs have been halted until further review into the process. Although I'm sure Mark won't believe me, but that's the real deal with these hubs, take it or not, this is wha happens in Mechanical Engineering, Ive been doing it for 5 years, even the most rigerously tested parts and well designed parts fail through some kind of Material or manufacturing fail, even when the process is tested, things change OnzaMark, I'm sure I remember you reviewing parts in a very similar fashion to Damons, forks or something, not sure though. Maybe give Damon a break, it's a review, he's stated how long he has been using the parts, people know of his sponsors, it's there to read, if you think it's biased or un informative, ignore it, maybe some people will find it helpful along with the people that know Damon to say he wouldn't lie about a review. I don't think this one post is clogging up space on the forum, if you don't "trust" it bite your fist and ignore it I think, no point getting into a slanging match for nothing. Phil.
  9. I want to know now after reading this post and finding it quite entertaining, my indulgence is kicking me, oooo are you a football player  Phil.

I saw that 1 dab Chris Walker done, it was harsh, but if he reads this, why did you do it on the backwheel and not ride down and turn? :o but he was riding sooo well, everything looked FAR too easy for this guy. KFC wednesday, they are gonna wish they hadn't of opened the doors  Phil.
  11. God dam you don't half notice the difference in fitness when you dont do much excercise for months, it was sooo hard in that aspect. Compared to britsh and other trials it was a lot easier in yellow, section 1 was a mission. It was a dam good trial though, everybody having a laugh, I had a rite good laugh and even section 2 was observed by other riders which was cool. oh my god the amount of CR*p on the floor, what, I have never seen so much Sh*t in my life, it was everywhere haha. I finished 3rd on 13, wayne 2nd on 8 and walker on 1. The afterparty KFC was a bit different too haha. Funniest thing was Tom just about to start his first section of the day, he's ready to go, takes the first pedal SNAP, there goes the chain, he didnt even enter the section haha soo funny. Phil.
