  1. About 5 years ago in MBUK somebody with a rocket trials frame had 2 maguras on each side of the seatstays, looked overkill.
  2. Yer they look really good and beefy im gonna chuck some on my bike, im looking at 700 of them next to me, they are just beast's Lots and lots of love davetrials on pips account.
  3. HAHAHA, that's quite funny, why didn't they just put a massive pile of mud shaped into humps, what's the point, does it not even have copings. Realy really funny that is. Phil.
  4. It's soooooo very unlikely you will get a helicoil for a BB, I doubt they make them, as people have said just re-tap it, although you may have stripped all the threads out so your BB wont go in, you can stil re-tap it, yes the thread will be too big and not as strong but you will be able to screw your BB in, then you just locktight it up and it will be fine. Phil.
  5. that isn't the case, Even with the low prices now we still supply trade, the prices from the factory have dropped so our % drops a lot more resulting in cheaper frames, why are the frames cheaper? because other compaines are stealing the same designs. Phil.
  6. They make there own stuff now believe it or not (Y) seriously though, I'm absolutely amazed by the good quality of them echo headsets, they are so simple and very well sealed and smooth, oversized bearings too so they should last a whole lot longer than normal headsets, I had a hope headset, really cheesey material, but the bearings seemed to last pretty well, better than fsa headsets. Phil.
  7. The pawls are 12mm wide and deeper wide, where are many hubs are only 4mm wide, this is spreading the load out a lot more, due to the ratchet being larger than many other 36 ratchet hubs this allows the ratchet to be deeper giving a much better fit. Echo have messed about with materials and are using a material Hitatchi have developed, tests have been made on all the hubs on the market for the pawls and ratchet for their strength and duability and tests show the material echo are using is a lot better. On paper it sounds very promising, many riders in china are using them now without problems, CLS is using his one. Phil.

    The Awaited

They are really really good pictures, riding looks awsome too. Phil.
  9. There are some good ones in here, but also some really bad ones, the square one is a beast. http://www.liquidgeneration.com Phil.
  10. Just send it in GBP then there bank will sort it. Phil.
  11. Look at the far end 2 frames with the different machining on the frames, there are 2 stock frames then 2 mod frames. Phil.
  12. Ye, use your fave foot, keep your arms locked straight, as this will help keep it up and keep it straight. Don't do massive big scuffs either, loads of lttle ones, when you scuff and your foot is half way down your tyre, it takes longer to get your foot back to the top by that time your rear end is getting lower and lower and faster, keep it slow and keep the back end high. Phil.
  13. It won't be the webmaster's fault, but thank's for the tip.
  14. Very very very soon, this week to next week for sure.
  15. It was a great week, had a good time. With me filling in for Craig on a 20" which I had ridden once before the trial, and with Neil pretty much never done a comp before, it was a shambulls for us, so we just had a laugh about it all and it was great. Me, porter, tunni and wayne had some proper good laughs, funny, going into london on the bus at 2am, porter being a hardcore drinker on the bus and leaving a nice mess, AND SMELLY, tunni being pissed for about 30mins and shaking my hand every 2 mins, my hand, not my "hand", then trying to get a bus back at 3:30am, one of these double length buses that turns in the middle, and guess where we where standing, Yes, in the middle :$. We ended up getting to bed at 5am, then up at 8am for the trial, HAHA. Overall we had about 10hours sleep over 3 days which was nice. Sections where good outdoor, a nice arrangement to the course, inside was crazy, dodgy, very very technical and insanely hard, it was good to watch, the brits done great, and they didn't look any worse than the spanish boys, the looked better infactm, although the spanish boys still won, they where awsome. Then. last day, me and wayne decided to throw our bikes off the building into bushes to se how far we could get them, really funny, hyland had a go aswell. Nice weekend. Phil.
  16. The Link Snappel put up doesn't work properly, so you have to use this link: http://tv.isg.si/site/?q=filebrowser/snappel Phil.
  17. Just to let you know, the chain tensioners won't be available for a while. Phil.
  18. Dave is not them, I would explain by what Bike he has but that wouldn't be very helpfull as he has had so many. Dave, stop being a fanny (Y), don't get a 24, dont get a 20, just get a 1060 odd frame or a new 1085odd frame, then you can still play trials with us. Phil.
  19. The rise and sweep was god back when I used them, back about 5 years ago when I used to used them, Ive snapped 2 pairs, also snapped some single walls, but I think the single walls where stronger, but they where the strongest bars knocking about back then. They where also flexy but they are always going to be if your not using the 31.8 diameter bar centre. Phil.
  20. They have 72 engagements, 4 pawls, 2 engaging at one time with 36 teeth. They have been made strong enough to stand the power given through trials riders to prevent enough flex to make the hub skip. They will be in UK around November. Phil.
  21. They need a right beating by somebody, hopefully they will get one and they will learn to not do it again and when they grow up they will be thankfull they got that beating. Phil.
  22. O MY. Well, lets go out riding and find the thinnest wobblyest fences knocking around and sidehop them all haha. Tapping a post box, hmm, did I see that?? Crazy big gaps to front wheel, they just don't look possible, then you do it, haha, that gap from bin to wall in Bristol is stupidly big and some massive gaps to front on rails. Massive riding, amazing video. gud lad. Phil.
  23. He has important days in Uni to go to and he doesn't want to miss them. Phil.
  24. O dear, I will be with Neil Tunni in the zoo team on 20" my 20" should be built tommorrow, which doesnt leave very long haha, o well, should be fun, see how it goes ay. Cya all there. Phil.
  25. WoOOAA, somebody who actually knows the truth and talks sense, bargain. And Pete £15 for an echo pure total price, is absolute rubbish, It's so far off it's like "how can you even think it's that price" it's so far wrong. Phil.
