  1. Not bad editing, however the end bit of fading the coming soon, could have done so much more with that piece of music. The music you used is fantastic but the editing was not quite there, in a lot of the "epic" areas where the music is building there was not much going on, and where you had faded the coming soon at the end could have just blated through a load of pics which would have made it better.
  2. But once you have purchased the game I would imagine you can play it then delete it and re-download it at another time. Premium for the win though, HDMI and 20gb has been enough for me for the past 2 years, to be fair game saves need about 1gb max, depending how many you play.
  3. WHAY! Now you ride a real bike No need to constantly sidehop everything now get tapping, hooking etc.
  4. I would prefer blu-ray to be the winner as it does hold more data and is more technologically advanced, however its just sooo expensive. £500 for a writer for the pc and the stand alone players (baring ps3) are also very expensive. However I have watched films on both Blu-ray and HD-DVD and I would say that HD-DVD is actually better quality as it does use a different codec, and the films actually come out at the same size eg 15gb, the extra space is used for extras which I personally do not have much use for so I do not see much benefit of Blu-ray over HD-DVD for films and media as such. Its advantage is in the computing industry where its larger layer size allows more to be backed up to discs, however with the prices of flash memory falling I dont think it will be long before we see software distributed via flash drives or similar as it has a quicker read rate than an optical disc, also with the size of hard drives available and some big companies distributing via direct downloads you dont need to store so much on optical formats, so soon its advantage in the compuing industry will be worth nothing, in my opinion. There are a lot of good points about both however I dont see why they cannot just agree, mainly because the two opposing teams want a monopoly so they get all the cash, however what harm has ever come from competition, games consoles for example, they only get better because of the competition, intel and amd also push each other to try and be the best. If these formats co-exist its just like choosing and intel based computer over an amd based computer or the xbox 360 over a ps3, everyone has their own reasons for it. Im not too fussed which wins, so long as prices drop a bit and more films come out
  5. Surely the thread about which bike you rode from the other day would give you the answer pretty much, it must only be a page or two down. EDIT: Here it is, linklinko EDIT 2: Just realised there is no Ozony on there.
  6. As ash said, rims are cheap now, I am on my 3rd of the year due to grinding them a lot but it makes my brake work rain or shine.
  7. Starr Leatherthong. This is very random lol, still amusing.
  8. Stay in the internet??? MSN has been on for the past 5 days, normally turn it off at night for about 6 hours, but otherwise my pc is always on the net
  9. Why do you people have all these contacts? Surely you dont talk to all of them, I have about 45, and I talk to all of them at least once a week, 20 of them very often. I could never manage to have over 1000 contacts.
  10. Most amusing, just reading the drinking rules now lol.
  11. Why has no one called matt done this yet .

    .,

I spy horizontal dropouts, this seems to be a rather new theme. Not sure if I like horizontal dropouts. Either way looks about the same as the past few.
  13. Hey, was bored in a lecture today so popped onto urban dictionary and searched my name, came up with some amusing results. Nick means the following. To sleep with any girl that comes your way, regardless of looks...cause hey, you wanna f**k, she's there, and you're drunk enough to do it. A common misunderstood person, that doesnt give a second thought to just about anything and acts on impulse 98% of the time. Slient, self-righteously cynical, and otherwise devoid of emotion with notably poor taste in music. Pretty Hopkins-based and prone to sleeping on the couch. Those are the 3 best, linky here, pop on, type in your name and lets see what people get, I have done a few and you get some rather amusing results, but I shall you do your own names.
  14. It was a good comp, I was a bit unfit due to not riding much before hand as I had broken my toe Wasnt doing too well in the day and then I managed to get my foot stuck in an akward position and it put my toe in a lot of pain so had to retire, shame really as it was a really challenging trial. Thanks to everyone at EBTC cant wait for the new year, aim to do a bit better next time round.
  15. Ah what a sunday, I work those. Had to move off campus I spent so much money lol, I am up for riding there just not weekends as I work. I am up for an evening ride sometime. Give me a shout on MSN nickgarland@gmail.com
  16. When you have sorted it with all the oil make sure no residue is left so it cannot contaminate the pads or rotor.
  17. I do indeed. I also run a 74kingz tensioner, mine is fine so I cannot comment why yours slips, are you running enough tension on the chain or does it flap about?
  18. One thing I will say is, a lot of riders are doing fraken brakes. One mate has a Shimano deore lever, with a magura marta caliper and some random hope rotor, solid as. Another has a hayes caliper with the deore lever again and an avid rotor, immense for downhill too. Might be worth mixing and matching some mineral oil brakes togther to see what you can make up for cheap.
  19. Looks damn good, will be interesting to see if it appears in the UK, also what the weight/strength of the components are. The other frames look like an 04 Pure with an internal headtube and the infamous PX Zedbi/Coust/Zoo dropouts that have become very popular.
  20. Can get them from trialsman, shop owned by Fred Savage I believe, who happens to also have something to do with NSE and arranges all the koxx imports etc as when I cracked my Koxx bars he was the man to deal with.
  21. The Avid BB7 is good with a decent lever like a Shimano XT or an Avid SD7, something along those lines, keep the cable lubed and in good condition and it will not fail you I personally run a Hope because I like the feel of the hydro system, also I find it has a bit more modulation which can help at times and it holds as well if not better.
  22. Almost tempting to buy over the Ozony, so many nice options of frames now that are not TOO expensive and not made by deng. I can only guess its relatively strong due to the way its made with the funny hydro forming.
  23. Hooking after 2 weeks is mental, I can barely do the damn move and I've been riding a little longer than that Only thing I would say is, if he doesnt stick with trials that is a lot of money spent on a bike
