Or a half decent picture from a video camera. Then just copy the individual frames using something like windows movie maker or nero media player to take a screenshot at each frame you want. Save them all and paste them as different layers in photoshop, then remove the bits you don't need/want and you can get the same kind of image. Helps to have it on a tripod too.

Nearly lost the beast today, some guy went off on it in mirmingham while conner was looking after the bikes while we all went in the shop. I have never ran so fast in my life. And i have it safe and sound downstairs now

How Do You Bleed Your Maggies With A Syringe?
Krisboats replied to Onza-rider's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
I've used the clampin blocks all of... once, they still let the hose slip through so werent that great. No way near as good as the wooden blocks a lay a drill bit sideways one to make the same groove. The olives are handy yeah, but the royal blood is a waste of money and the extra cabling isn't really neccesary anyway.... i know i've never used it. Plus the fact the syringe is flimsy as hell and mine snapped as i was putting the hose on the end. Buy a heatsink bleed kit, use water and pick up some olives from somewhere like chainreaction and you've got the essential bits while psending less than half the money. -
Dave drunk maybe :D?

Shogun gatecrasher.... boy they were the days.

Well its had a few upgrades, super pro burns, carbon risers etc. So i thought it was fitting to put up some new pics. Here you go....

ha ha, your so naive with saying that. I can take a video of the way my dads mac opens iphoto, freezes, crashes, gets a stupid spinning colour wheel and then reboots itself after i plug the printer in if you want. Of course macs can break, ALL things can break... even diamonds.

No, maybe he just likes riding learner bikes though
-
I'm pretty sure his biggest riding has been on his 26" bikes, not the kiddie ones. 26" bikes are bigger, and harder to throw around. Yet when you see people going absolutely massive their nearly always on a big bike. Despite being slightly more of a challenge to ride i think for the bigger stuff they make it seem less daunting. If you'd got a massive drop gap lined up i think you'd be much more comfortable in trying it on the bigger bike than the smaller one that makes the gap look even bigger... i know i would. And yes, you generally can go bigger on a stock bike, obviously there are exceptions, but for the majority of people a bigger bike makes things easier. Why do you think 26" riders can ride mods competantly but mod riders struggle with 26"?.... because mods are learner bikes

Did My Biggest Drop Today:):):):):):):)

Its blatantly a lie, but theres no need for people to react as immaturely. -
Does look nice you slag. You try heating that cog up, and did it work? If it gets stolen in brum shortly before i leave the ride... it wasnt me .

I think the geo is very much designed around that of the E.T. ashton frame. Some more pics i promised blake i'd put up a while ago.

Sorry, but with an initial post like this, you really do look like a tit. Ali gave an opinion, fair enough he might be biased against high bb bikes, but his opinion on this frame was spot on. The post after was also correct, as was ash's. It is, a god aweful frame. Thats it, nothing else to say about it. Yeah the headtube looks nice, but the short chainstays with the high bb make for an overly twitchy and just plain annoying ride. It sucks for bunnyhopping, because of the weird geometry your body position is in totally the wrong place to be able to swing the bike up. If the bb had been 30mm lower it would have been a great frame.... alas, its not. I don't think this needs to go on any longer really does it? EDIT: As for the argument with ash, just leave it. He is yet ANOTHER person who didn't like it, he says so and you call him an idiot. And ash.... how is it contradictive ... i dont get what you mean :$

I think they mean old news, seeing as it was in chit chat a few months ago
-
Ooooh, looks interesting. Might get myself a copy of that.

They do ride very badly indeed. Boumsong had one, and it was one fo the worst frames i've ever tried. The wheelbase is normal size, but the cockpit room is smaller than my old base ta26. Its also horrid on the back wheel, and generally rode quite heavy when i think back to it. I wouldn't advise getting one.

lmao, thats funny as hell. I wonder if sony are gonna have a substantial price drop with this console to try and flog them?

How Do You Bleed Your Maggies With A Syringe?
Krisboats replied to Onza-rider's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Theres not really a difference, and if anything theres more of a chance of having air in your brake when using a bleed kit.... its just more conveniant than taking it all off the bike and putting it in the bath. I wouldn't recommend getting a magura bleed kit either, comeplte waste of money. Get one of the heatsink ones or something. -
biggest gap i've done is 7'3". Currently doing around 7'ish give or take.

£500!!! Thats silly money, i always thought paying £299 for an xbox when they first came out was bad. Seems the majority of punters think so too.... "In the US in January, 244,000 PS3s were sold to 294,000 Xbox 360s and 436,000 Wiis." Edit: I don't think they'll be just as sold out as you think they will Linky

How was that the opposite in my case then? All i did was take the booster off and it was fantastic, more hold, no slipping (not just a litte difference either, with the booster it'd slip easy peasy)

A little, with modifications

I've found a plausible conclusion as to why boosters can reduce brake power.... i think. I took my booster off in leicester on saturday and refitted my joypads. Instant bite, honk and everything everyone elses pads seemed to do. I reckon, because of my stupidly stiff t-rex frame, plus the stupidly stiff echo control booster, the rear end was amazingly rigid, yeah? So add to that i've got more leverage and a more powerful master piston in the RB, i have shit loads of force. Now what i think was happening is there was absolutely no flex (obviously), meaning the pads were being pressed severely hard onto the rim, much more than normal, and with a solid rim and solid brake section, the only thing that could happen is for the pad material to be compressed very quickly. Which, as far as i can gather, is a large factor as to what gives pad material the bite, the rate of compression... the softer it is, the longer it takes to compress, meaning it grips the rim better... or soemthing to that effect. Without this slow compression my pads were being compressed and made harder and the only thing that'll happen when their hard is they'll get worn down, as thats the only way the force can be applied. So my brake was literally so stiff the only thing the pads could do was wear themselves away, now theres no booster, the pads compress slower due to the chainstays flexing slightly and it gives them a slower compression.... so a slower wear rate and more grip, plus a little vibrating wobble for the honking noise. I dunno if its right, but its a good enough explanation for me. I also apologise to Ali C for saying his joypads weren't as good as everyone says. They are, it was just me having a silly stiff brake.

I'm trying at the minute too. The general thing people keep telling me is go as fast i can really, much faster than a tap. I've also been told to try and suck the back wheel up as soon as it hits the wall. I personally am finding the whole battering my foot on the wall on the way up the hardest bit. I dont like landing at an angle but my feet are big and i have a low bb frame

I elbowed a gilr in the tits once while i was asleep. I wasn't drunk, i was asleep and thought there was a wardrobe chasing me trying to crush me, so i elbowed the f***** in the face. Turns out i elbowed her too :$ . She was NOT happy I don't think its anything serious, more sort of the fact your brain struggles to differentiate between dreaming and reality, and can randomly cause unneeded motor control.
