  1. Fall out boy, their crap, end of.
  2. I just think you have to be careful who you give your money to. I've posted things up for friends before and even let my mate use my account to sort something out with a seller and i never had any troubles. I wouldn't just do this for any old non-member though, and each time the person i helped was a genuine one. I don't think its too hard as it is at the minute. Never seen a person post and they have no refs, bigger risk than someone who posts often with loads of good refs. You just have to use your brain and if your taking a chance, ring them up, get the address to send a cheque to and if anything goes tits up you have soemthing to give to the fuzz.
  3. What phone is it? Have you got a bluetooth dongle for the pc and do you have the right software for the pc?
  4. Hire swat uniforms and get someone with an unmarked van, go in take them all out the house, throw them in the van, gag them, tie them up and take their clothes. Drive to the busiest area of town you can find, drive to the pavement, kick them out and drive off. Use a fake plate on the van and remove the swat labels from the uniforms when you get in the van while they're blindfolded.
  5. He was brought along by one of the guys on the ride. Apparantly its his cousin or something, and he robbed his brothers bike for the day so he could come along and shout, swear, scream at pedestrians and generally irritate everyone to the point of wanting to beat him severely.
  6. ............or two small allen keys either side of the stiff join then twist them in opposite directions.
  7. Mine always used to break or get bent open. Fitting a chain properly only takes 2-3 minutes anyway and most of that is just winding the chain tool.
  8. Take the link out and join it up properly. Mines been fine for almost 2 years now.
  9. Yeah, middleburn have had a titanium/steel 16tooth sprocket/bashring combination for their cranks for as long as i can remember. Which also makes them much lighter than any of the deng/tensile crap. 175mm Middleburn cranks with 22tooth "chunky unneeded" bash/chainring - 622g 170mm Echo crank arms - 528g..... Echo bash - 68g............ Echo Screw on cog - 67g = 663g...... Heavier than the burns with the chunky, over the top bash. 175mm Middleburn super pro trials cranks (with tiny 16tooth bash/ring) - 579g 461 g crankarms only; +49 g for 85 mm bashring; +3 g for steel washer; screw on bash + 67g = 580g Sorry, but i think burns are a lot lighter than you though
  10. Only if your not good enough to do it all as a forwards motion, or are planning to do it on a rail. What you want to do is work on switching smoothly, easing the transition between your wheels. Everyone can grab a fist full of the front brake then let it go, lean back and push the bars forwards and tank the rear wheel down in its place. What you want to do is pull the front brake, then instead of just letting go of it, control the swing slightly by feathering the brake a little. This slows the swing and allows the rear wheel to come into place much more accurately. As your feathering the brake start swinging your arms up and in front of you, while at the same time bringing your knees to where the stem used to be. Now for the important part.... this is something a lot of people don't do. As you bring your rear wheel down don't have the back brake locked. This makes for a heavier landing and is why most people need to resort to swinging the rear wheel out. What you want to do is leave the brake off and bring the rear wheel downin a controlled manner with your legs, the same way people pop into a manual, its essentially the same movement. You need to get your arse over the rear wheel, and as the front comes up, push down with your feet. The way you brought your knees to where the stem was earlier set you up for being able to do this easier. As the bike reaches the balance point you want to re-apply the brake. And your all done Now points to remember: - Raising the rear wheel more at the beginning is scary but the higher up it goes, the less distance it has to travel forwards. - Going slow is better than going too fast. Try it on the floor doing it as slowly as you can with a smooth swap. Then you can work on getting it quicker and on top of objects. - At the start you might not be able to get the back wheel exactly where the front one was, this will come with practise, and when your more comfortable with leaning over the front wheel it'll become easier. Watch riders like the coustelliers and ryan leech. They all seem to have it better than most people i've seen and can fluidly switch between wheels.
  11. I don't have a choice of being able to pick up ribo's as someone decided there isn't a market for them in size 15 So i just go with skateshoes, vans usually... though i've been using boras lately and they're pretty good. I just usually tend to go with something with a fairly thing sole or at least something thats pretty flexible. Which is where the vans stuff seems to be a bit better than globe, etnies and the like. As for having it as a tighter fitting with the ribo's.... just tighten your shoe laces up more .
  12. Ha ha, poopipe your a legend.
  13. W00t w00t! Go you, i never know what to do in those kind of situations. I usually just stand there and watch as the moment passes by. You've either shit him up enough to think twice about annoying you again or given him more of an insentive to bump it up a notch on you. What would have been even funnier is to have whipped your cock out and tried pissing in his car window to get him back for pissing on your ped. All's fair in love and war
  14. Wheres the shit from when he was chasing down the goths and emo's? I really did find him annoying
  15. So with a fresh grind, you dragged your brake which was fitted with relatively soft pads all the way down a hill and wondered why your pads had worn?..... Let me think Never heard of the old stick your shoe on the tyre and slow yourself down trick?
  16. You said surely you could have put something better than that. As if you were expecting an apology from him for getting the police involved and accusing you of being a scammer. And its a forum, if you don't like what i said your going to have to live with it or stop dicking about when you sell something. You've brought it entirely upon yourself. Pretend? At least i can go and get pissed wherever i want, unlike you little kid
  17. Surely you could have sent the forks ages ago. Surely you could have had everything sorted out or at leasdt kept in contact with him. Surely its not that much of a suprise that he hasn't gone to great lengths to clear your name for you given the amount of shit you've put him through?
  18. You only have one processor, unless you've splashed out a lot of money on the new AMD dual processor board and chips.
  19. Yeah they may work, but then again so do magura blacks. Yet they're still considered to be one of the worst pads around. Why buy organic when sintered are sooo much better.
  20. You don't put a comma there Avid bb7's are powerful brakes. They are well designed and well built and outperform a lot of hydraulic discs at much higher prices. The hayes brakes are by no means weak, but an avid bb7 with good pads and a nice clean rotor will probably be that slightest bit sharper.
  21. I thought you had seen it already.... mind you, i thought you were dead too. Where the f*** have you been and when you coming riding next?
  22. As far as i was aware the hope discs got so hot the seals literally melted. I'd imagine sintered pads in them would just melt them sooner. I'm sure i saw a thread and pics of melted seals.... though for some peculiar reason i have a feeling it was a pete wright experience so who knows what the score is with regards to its legitimacy.
  23. When nobody makes comments on items such as vibrators and penis's being items plugged into peoples pc's i'd guess no one reads them Got me screen, keyboard, mouse, beasty speakers. Then the printer, router, mic, lava lamp, missile launcher, webcam, graphics tablet, phone, music player, xbox controller.
