You could do it yourself by hand, provided you have the right equipment. Compressor and all that. Do you need to do the body, or can you just do the new kit? I recons you would be looking at best part of 1K to spray the car and kit (along with fitting). Assuming your only getting the outer panels sprated and a relly basic standard colour. Also if the body is rusty the costs will go up lots due to the extra prep work that would be needed.

I don't believe many people do actually have them on at low levels though, its jsut not human nature. I diddn't mean afad like summit that is new and will go away as such. More that its a fad to own one, even when you don't really need one... If its on at all it will make riding more dangerous, if your 'listening' to the music at all you will not being paying full attention to your surroundings, plus you will still fid it harder to hear those tell tale signs of a car behind you etc.

I would vote for not using MP3 players at all. They are bad for your hearing, a fad, dangerous... would defiantely not suggest you use them for riding etc. Maybe I'm jsut a sad old man eh

is it just me or do digital LCD TV's have like annoying light trainls when things are fast moving, or pixelation etc. Even my gradads expensive Lowe' one does it... Me not impressed. Unless they improve soon I won't be bothering to get a new TV, maybe a HDTV CRT one though, when they are affordable. Yeh is it not true that we will need cable or whatever to watch HDTV due to the bandwidth issues?

it also depends if you have fresh or dried pasta. as the fresh stuff can cook really really fast, also taste better if a little aldente'. the dried stuff tends to me harder if undercooked, as the middle bits are really hard to start with, the fresh stuff is all soft in the first place ('soft' meaning not rock like)

Object dock is pointless if you have the right things in quicklaunch, I soon got tired of object dock and never reinstalled it when I reformatted again etc. XP also has the usefull start menu with shortcuts to folders and location on the pc only 2 clicks away, I find that better than the annoyingness of object dock popping up when i move my mouse to far etc....

Its bound to say somewhere on that extensive site, i not read it all yet. I think it might be best to turn off (go back to defualts) unless you need it for a particular site perhaps. Not 100% sure if it actually has any security risks, provided you don't use tht address for all the proxies (which it tells you to uncheck etc.) Perhap Danny/Tom etc. would be able to shed light on what its all about more

To set an explicit web proxy in Internet Explorer for Windows (the second link) theres a guide for both IE and Fire fox etc. Basicly you set a proxy thingy up. Port 8080 and any one of those different sites listed in the green at the bottom (suggest one near to your location perhaps). Has worked a treat. Went from jsut about being able to laod pages of ebuyer up and sometimes it disconnecting, to being able to use it normally

This may have been posted before, however it certainly was of use to me. I had been having issue with some sites such as Ebuyer not loading up properly etc. I knew it was NTL being ghay howerer untill i found this site i didn't know the solution... This is particually relevant (worked for me)

I have to say that I really do think the blue version with black parts looks better than that, its too black. As its not all black in a steath bmx way more a shiney new mtb way> I dunno, that seat looks too low too for the type it is. Hmmmm blue for the win

Met mine at a hockey club xmas party. Had only played my first game for the club that day as I'd been roped into it by one of my friends whilst at the local mens club playing snooker earlier that week. I didn't think he looked remotely stupid (well he did wear one pair of trousers which looks a little retronaff, some bleeahced jeans or summit) anyway, his skills were immense, looks no more stupid than people on trials bikes, binliners or bmx's... I was impressed throughout.

pc's can restart when there is fualty hardware in the system, like a knackered lan card etc. It will never get to the os if thats the case. Its not definately the HDD
