Personally im not impressed with the whole thing at all. Hanging in my opinion is a form of death that no one should have to go through,the chair is the only way to go properly. I also find it quite sick how a lot of people are in somewhat a "joyous" mood over the whole thing. It takes balls to be a dictator, he knew what he was doing and the consequences. I just dont understand why everyone needs to be like "f**k yea the f**kers dead" when to be honest nothing he has done has affected our lives. Perhaps ive finally outgrown some of the childlike comments.. infact i cringe whenever i read any of your posts fatpants.. a lot of the comments in this thread to be honest are uncalled for. A dictator is dead.. big woopty, the war isnt over by a long shot. No matter who you are watching a man walking to his death is by no means something you should get kicks out of and to be honest i felt for the guy. It would have been better to lock him up forever.. the "waste of air money" etc comment is a bit stupid really when you look at the amount of petty thieves that are kept in jail nowadays, atleast saddam would have been worth keeping.

I always used to be a kid for games, but one problem i have is that i get bored of them really really quickly. Actually this is so bad its got to the point where i will give up on a game through boredom before i have really gotten in to it. For instance the need for speed series, played them all via pc and i have to say after a day of playing i lose the love. However .. there is one game which has actually kept my attention and i am officially addicted to. Counterstrike source: im not going to go off on one about the graphics since until i got my new pc i have been playing it on a laptop for 3 years so i can safely say its not the eye candy that keeps me coming back. Its blatantly the gameplay. Being able to shout at german people on a server as you headshot half their team in to oblivion aghhh i love it. For the most part i think people play proper shite, with scores breaking even or just above. But there is always that one day you go on and play where you absalutely destroy everything in sight.. i think its those days that make me come back to the game.. not knowing when you are going to go on a mass culling spree. If anyones thinking of getting a minto multiplayer game id go for source. Dont bother with 1.6 btw.. its a bag of wank stain after playing source, rag doll effects as seen in hitman series is one of the greatest things to ever be put in to games. As well as being able to hear the thud of a bullet hitting someone in the head.. kind of like dropping an egg. Oh lord i love that sound... they say violence doesnt stem from games but give me a m16 and some dirty lil arab f**kers running around a building that looks like cs_office and ill kill for free. To reach the full potential of the game you will need a better than average graphics card and a decent broadband connection although to be honest i have seen some hideous setups been run and the game runs pretty good.

If you are talking about the computer screen ones you make then yea it works, my mate pete used one and got it working fine. Wasnt brilliant because he didnt really put much effort in to the surround but he reckons if you do then its well worth it, especially for the money his was pretty cheap.

Not going to bother arguing with you, im talking about functional strength in this thread but you seem to keep saying muscle = bigger. Even though in my examples... body builder/power lifter who goes to a gym and lifts heavy weights.. his body adapts.. large increase in muscle mass. Whereas a sprinter requires muscle but not as much and not all over their body in order to be able to sprint.

You do realise dwain chambers was banned from athletics due to using steroids? Take a look at the current 100m american sprinters.. tall as f**k, yes built but very tall. Linford christie, once the best the uk had: Low body fat %, built bigger than your average person... but all of his muscle is functional. Compared to body builder on roids: Who do you think could run the 100m quickest?

i was reffering to the fact you train till you burn up red.. which isnt tearing of muscle.. thats just retarded. Why would you not do low weights? how many powerlifters do you know that can walk up stairs without having a mild heart attack. Training heavy makes you slow and in my opinion a lot less flexible. Since this thread was about increasing performance on a bike.. then training heavy is not what you need. Try doing pull ups / chin ups at body weight for 15 reps 2 sets.. do that for a couple of weeks. Then switch to weighted pull ups / chin ups something along the lines of body weight + 15kg dumbell for 6 reps and 4 sets. Then try and switch back to the high rep training a couple of weeks after that. You will not be able to complete as easily the 15 reps as you could before.. why? because you have been training your nervous system as well as muscles to lift heavy. Not life volume. Trials requires total body training with high reps as well as plyometric exercises (i.e. fast sprints) to keep your explosiveness as well as stamina high. Just being mr muscle does not make you a powerful trials rider.. and if anything it f**ks your cardio up completely. Take a look at the lanky f**ks around .. no offence but craig etc... tall.. thin... not built like brick houses. Why? because trials does not require it.
