  1. Which version? the super 8 was going for nigh on 6 years i think. Changed drastically in that time. Get a pic up if you can.
  2. I may well be there, if i am Bird will be about too i imagine, needs to get the lil wheels built.
  3. Cheers Andy Wasn't really planning it either! Just popped round Drei's after a ride on saturday for a cup of tea and sarcastically said "do you have any Limey frames spare" In reference to the 6-7 old ones he had in his room, to which he said go for it Speak to Luke he has a plan in mind which you are involved in.
  4. Plymouth is most definitely the place to be Xmas eve........ its tradition
  5. Can i just ask what data and where you got it from to come to this length as its different to all that have been mentioned......
  6. I've always ridden shorter bikes for exactly the same reason, at 5'8" ish i'm not giant! But i've recently accquired a Onza Limey 3 which measure up at 1090 wb +30ish bb, i've got a viz stem, an 8mm stacker and Onza carbon bars and to me it feels lovely, could probably do with some higher bars as the onza's are pretty flat; but my riding feels far more stable and controlled and has improved first ride on it. I wouldnt put a short high rise stem on it, look at the viz or try-all nuc stem and some tryall bars and you should be fine. 110x10* is pretty flat for.
  7. Some awesome pics there, up to front pic where Stan is still in the air= major commitment! And the frenchie sequence is awesome. Good stuff
  8. I got it from Andrei Burton (Onza team rider) yesterday, went riding with him and Joe Seddon (another Onza rider) today on it and its lovely, taps are easier, just feels so much more steady. It measures up fairly long at 1090 +30 383CS but doesn't ride like it. Its already cracked (Andrei did that) but i'm sure it'll last me a fair few months. The newer frames don't have the internal hose routing as far as i know, well Andrei's new one doesn't, so that should solve that problem. I've only ridden it the once as I've said, but so i cant really give an opinion on whether you should buy one or not, but from what i've found on it so far, its a damn nice bike
  9. Well got a lil bored of the Control seeming as i've been ridng one for nearly 18 months now. Though i'd change it up and try one of these long bikes.... its long, its low and its silver. Sorry about image quality...
  10. Think we measured Andrei's up at about 1090 plus 10-15 with urbans.
  11. So i just heard from Mr seddon, bad times..... welll saves me a drive. Wanna ride!
  12. Who's actually still riding tomorrow then?
  13. I'm sure Gollum will give you somewhere to stay Ash......
  14. Apologies, remind me never to listen to Joe ever again!
  15. My dear GOD! I just got a twinge in the trousers. £600 for a custom build Ti frame.... that's one hell of a bargain! Maybe when I've got to actually buy a 24"........
  16. Some good stuff in there Mike, the MAD is still going..... been too long mate, need riding and drinking soon please!
  17. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeexcellent
  18. Myself, Andrei and Joe and a few others ride Exeter quite often, you may see us about, feel free to come up and say hi. Do you ride moutain bikes at the moment? When i first started riding trials due to have ridden various types of mountain bikes before hand i found a stock much more natural to ride.
  19. Spot on cheers mate, not got it built yet as i've only just got the spokes from tarty. Hmmm i'm sure i could find more than one post....
  20. Can i ask why you're looking at getting such a wide tyre and rim? The tyre is big and heavy and the rim seems very wide for 24". What sort of riding do you intend on doing on the bike?
  21. Surely there should be a "submit de-validation vote" button purely for this reason? Seems to be some epicly retarded comments creeping in lately.
  22. Marzocchi oil volumes As is said Oil weight to be used is 7.5wt, using slightly higher or lower weights will slow or speed the damping up if this is not externally adjustable.
