  1. The mod looks comparatively stunning, really like that.
  2. Frame looks lovely, geo sounds spot on personally but for the money i was expecting it to be lighter than that.
  3. I think my mate Josh who runs one, ground the tab on the tensioner down so that it allows the tensioner to sit closer to the chainstay.
  4. If it had a longer seat tube then i think it will look a lot nicer, tis all right that though. Are they viz light forks?
  5. Don't be silly, that would require some form of coordination between forum members and intellect, not gonna happen. Urbans with 24" vee mounts
  6. Josh you're exited? are you sure.... Jealous though, b*****d, late night xbox sesh's at yours and not adams now
  7. Absolute monster, brilliant riding irrespective of age, keep progressing at this rate and you're a future world champ, future take over of Benito's reign?
  8. Looks pretty horrific, the pre-production version was nice, thats just nasty....
  9. That looks awesome mate, i'm glad you listened and hurried the f**k up with it Ride soon please, lil 24" crew
  10. The same time you start riding comps for them and kicking Joe Seddons arse, they might listen to you.
  11. Really like the look of that, not sure on the colour, but i'm sure it'll look better with some decent colour rims
  12. Was on and off various anti-depressants and beta blockers between the age of 15 and 22, decided to take myself off them and just trained myself mentally to try and control the ups and downs. I can see a downer coming, usually preceded by a level of hyper activity and over exaggerated happiness. I just didn't like the way the drugs made me feel.
  13. Seriously impressive, made the move to 24" very nicely, suits your riding.
  14. Its a Giro E2 methinks? Some incredibly big stuff, got to say my fave bit was the sidehops over the fence/wall/fence at the beginning or the bit with the gate. Get some new stuff out
  15. If its a iso-iso adapator make sure you've got the adaptor the right way up, sounds silly but makes a difference. If you have and things still dont line up then something has gone Cornish.........
  16. Try and get a pic up to see what's going on. What hope adaptor is it, HBIS20?
  17. Rainbird stealing Craig's laptop, stumbled across this. Never had a single issue with DMR tyres. I think I've had about 3 punctures on these tyres EVER - the most recent and only one since I've been on 24" wheels for the last 2 years of which was a ripped valve after i was drunk in charge of a pump and thus NOTHING to do with the tyre at all. If you're killing tubes that much then you either need to throw a bit more pressure in or smooth things out a load. They're more than grippy enough, rounded profile for rolling glory and not a terrible weight. I'll be more than happy running these for the forseeable future. They also look considerably better than a knobbly bobbly dirt/trail-based tyre which weighs a metric kilo-wank and rolls like a donkey on heat. 26" tubes will work fine, just throw a kink in there, but for the sake of a quid or two if you're getting a fresh wheelset you may as well throw the right stuff in there 16:12 is pretty much in line with the other ratios mentioned
  18. Tyres- dmr moto diggers Tubes- anything cheap and 24" Rim tapes- leccy tape Stem- 80-90x10* stem Bars- I'm running 50mm rise holzfellers but shape is personal...high rise though.... Gearing- 22:16, 20:15, 18:13 Brakes/Forks- depending on your current set up and compatibility Don't forget you'll need a seat, post and clamp Now go buy one
  19. Go scout the for sale thread or ebay, you'll find a pro 2 trials fairly cheap and its spot on for what you're looking for. How old is the bulb? could be the ratchet ring is worn, which new pawls and spring wont really help with.....
  20. Use to use a 110 x10* hope xc stem, no issues at all plenty strong enough. Only reason i changed was because i wanted more rise.
  21. Just grind it exactly the same as normal, never had any issues or needed a specific type of grind for my vee.
  22. Its been around for the best part of 20 years! Steve Geal, Chris smith (when he was on curtis) and Jim Davage used to ride there a fair bit.
  23. Sounds like horrifically good value for money
