I think more than anything you just aren't committing and throwing the bike. I've found gapping on a mod takes a lot more of a concerted body movement to get across. Exaggerate the body movement more than you think you should.

Yeah I have looked at one and it's the only other one I've considered so fair based on its reviews and spec, it's not too far off what i'd ended paying for a RS post and I think any warranty or servicing would be easier to deal with through them. Does look good though.

The Juicy 3s that i've had experience with on giant and trek bikes were pretty poor, they leaked, were spongey, lack of power and obviously cheap. I wouldn't know if they are any better now, but based on that i wouldn't want to use them on a mountainbike let alone a trials bike.

I think that statement makes a lot of sense to me, it puts more of the emphasis on going for it, risk; rather than strato dabbing your way through things. It may be safer, but surely the sport will progress if people take risks in competitions and go for things? Andrei Burton has one of those Giant frames in his garage, looks really nice too. Not ridden it though so can't comment on that, but he seemed to like it.

If you can find out what wireless card it uses and then download and install it via another computer then you should be OK .

It's abrasive enough to remove general oxidisation but not a decent layer of anodizing easily. Where as caustic soda will do the job easy peasy.

Why apologise for something you know is wrong?! Douche. On topic, i think the only way you can decide which one is to try and find someone who has it and ride it, even then it's down to bar/stem set up. Could also put it down to how tall you are with the blade offering more reach than the comp so more suitable for the slightly taller rider.

As far as i know it was a bog standard size as it's designed to take a Shimano HG spec cassette. I've used Shimano and Sram lockrings with no issues at all....

Well I had a Rockman hole for about 3-4 months and it was a Try-all hole rim (it even had the Try-all logo painted over on it). The sidewalls were certainly square and when compared to the Viz! square hole i used before it was awesome and the grinds certainly lasted a lot lot longer, the Viz! would die in a day... Unless you're a basher i'd certainly recommend one. If not the Echo rims are supposed to be pretty good and hold a grind very very well.

The Try-all/Rockman hole rims have straight sidewalls, not angled....

Surely it's not that different? Simple round top and down tube, webbing at the seatube/bb area, yes it has smaller, tidier dropouts and no paint or graphics but it's not that different and it is a proto. It's an evolution of a previous model, how many many new models come out looking exactly the same. Seems like you're too hell bent on bumming the original Isis to give this one a chance to actually get to a production version where you may be able to pass judgement.
