  1. Not finished, built on a few parts from my stock. Will be equipped with some Trialtech parts soon and a Louise/Deng brake. Rides brilliantly, so flicky and responsive. I still think mods suck but this is the best one I've tried so far. Feels a bit like a stock
  2. Yeah you just had a bad background I think the problem with these cranks are the people who buy them. They're not for bashers but for smooth riders who value a light bike which won't fall apart after a few weeks of riding. If I were to go back to 170mm or longer cranks, I wouldn't even think twice. There are perfect for the job.

    Big Ride :)

Here's a vid from -probably- the biggest ride ever in my city, 11 people turned up. Believe me that's a lot Kiki (on the pink GU) would like to give a shout out to his new sponsor Trials-UK. Enjoy Vimeo -> Click

    That was mint! Good one

    Top Gear

Why do you want to know who the Stig is? Would you really prefer if he ditched the suit and crash helmet and just drove around in normal clothes so you could see who he is? Personally I prefer not to know, it's more fun that way.

    Innertubes

I use a Big Betty tyre and a Maxxis DH tube. Very low pressure, fairly smooth riding = no snakebites at all. Personally I find that a lighter tyre and a thick tube work better than a heavy 2ply tyre and a thin tube. Used to have a TryAll tyre and a normal tube, punctured it after a few minutes on my first ride. And that setup was way heavier than what I've got now. So far 5 months and no punctures.
  7. MG1 pedals, front magura + non disc hub, foam grips, 221ti cranks if you don't mind 158mm and you're not a basher. You'll loose quite a lot of weight on that, none of these parts are super expensive either.
  8. Trials-Forum Video ->Full View • Download • Upload Here's one. Haven't got the Oat Pee Shame, I definitely watched it. Must have been streaming.
  9. Amazing showman, never seen anything like this.

    Sidehops

Doesn't he actually own the unofficial sidehop world record? Sorry for the ot, just curious. Never heard of this guy before Trialtech started sponsoring him.
  11. Well it must be unique if you're comparing him to such legends
  12. f**k me can't wait! When's it out?
  13. RIP buddy If you don't mind Peter, I can upload some of his older videos. I'm sure people on here would like to see them.
  14. Not really. Doesn't surprise me, they're lightweight. Tapers are really good too. I liked mine but one thing can be said - they are definitely not stiff.

    Janson

My Swedish friend Such sad news, Janson was a fantastic guy, so witty and helpful on here. A true legend of this forum. And his English was incredible for a foreigner of his age Never got the chance to meet him though we were planning to attend to the same London ride a few years ago. Rest in peace mate, I will really miss you.
  16. I wonder if you'd be writing that if he ripped you off. So what if he's a nice guy to hang out with? This thread is about what kind of a guy he is to deal with.
  17. GTA 2 can be played online or rather P2P, it's really fun. I don't know what the downloadable one is like, but the original has a loader and in one of it's tabs you can make an online game.
  18. Yeah they're duraflex as mentioned above. Still, I wouldn't expect them to explode under heat
  19. Yeah, exactly. The point of mag pedals is that they're supposed to be light, these are really heavy. VP make some good platform pedals with aluminum cages which weigh a bit less and cost a lot less.
  20. Loving it. Can't say how happy I am that somebody has finally thought of making bars with such geometry. Good job
  21. They have a weave under the laquer, you sure?
  22. I want to find out how I stand with this before I contact Ryders. Here's a pic of my sunglasses, they were in the glove box in the car and when I took them out, they were cracked and had started peeling. The only reason I can find is the heat but surely it can't get that hot in a car? They were not in contact with any thinner of any sort. So what do you think could have caused this? I'm pretty gutted, they weren't cheap
