The first 1,30min in black&white were amazing. Music + editing + slow mo just worked perfectly. The rest was kinda average but it looks like his skills are coming back quickly

I think Monkey Boy had an orange Control, it looked ace. Don't really like other colours, black and silver work best.

I think that was a brilliant idea - saying goodbye to him in a positive way which surely he would have wanted instead of doing the usual church thing. I'm sure it's made his family, you and all his mates feel just a little bit better.

Strange you should write that, are you saying that the video quality has always been the same ever since TrialsTube was introduced to the forum? I remember uploading some hi def vids in February, the quality was amazing. Recently I uploaded a few vids and the quality was terrible and has been since. Perhaps you could work on the bbcode to allow us to embed Vimeo vids like Youtube ones? edit: examples of what i'm on about: 1 (from late february) 2 (recent)

For me everything is easier on a stock apart from some moves like tailspins which are piss easy on mods. Thought that sidehops would be easier on small wheels but so far I've only managed about 1m as opposed to 115cm on my stock. Taps are useless on mods but they are possible, just watch some old vids of Yao on the '04 Python. Ups aren't easier either. Everything is harder!!! Mods suck

Mech is sexually arousing, Derailleur sounds French. That's the only difference I can spot.

Frankly speaking if someone has spent months or even years saving up for a bike, I can't think of a better thing to buy. You get something extraordinary for the big effort you put into saving up for it.

The problem with adding vegetable oil is that this will in due course increase the prices of food. That increases the inflation which will among others lead to higher fuel prices... Besides, there's not enough space to "farm" fuel. I'm sorry for you guys, topics like these make me happy that I no longer live in the uk. I'd find it really hard to lead a life knowing that such preposterous taxes are being introduced all the time.

That's never been said before. Why is that bad?

One thing that strikes me is how the head tube angles have changed. Back then they were steep, the bikes were flicky and you could pull nice street moves. Now they've all gone into this rotten 71* which basically makes the bike feel like a brick I remember staring at Brisa B20D and B26D framesets on Biketrials.com

Lol, I thought it might have been yours. I remember your bike very well! Pretty sure I wanted to buy that frame before or after you got it. The condition of the frame is fantastic, threads are perfect, head tube is still very tight and there are only a few small dents on the downtube. The left chainstay is a bit battered though. Considering how long Rowan's Pure held up, this frame has got a good 5 years of life ahead of it Bars are 221Ti Montys, extended to 740mm.

Not for sale guys Sponge is correct, it'd need some silver cranks, a slightly different stem and bars + a front Louise brake. The Race Line yellow maggies were a CLS thing, not the original Deng release. This might be attended to in the future, I have no intention to sell this bike because it's got a huge sentimental meaning to me. So if in the future i come across some old parts, they will be added to the bike. But for now I'm enjoying riding a mod I actually like Cheers!
