  1. Meh, I'd probably have to buy a new graphics card with that game. It looks complicated, I hate games like Earth 2160 (or something along those lines) where it takes a good 4 hours to finish a skirmish game. Generals ***!
  2. I'm sure Deng is browsing the forum this very second to give you the answer. In case Mr Hermance is also reading this topic, I'll ask why he doesn't make 20" Coustellier frames and a 24" Hosel promodel. The 2007 Czars will have totally different geometry as I've heard... short wheelbase, low rise and long rear end.

Probably because he needed money? No idea, I'm no expert I'd buy a Python any time, the 2004 frame was my biggest dream. They do ride a bit crap but so what.
  4. It's alright, hope they've done something with their service which was a disgrace last year. Going to stick to Tartybikes anyway it's much safer.
  5. I absolutely love your videos. You go big but more importantly have a great style and come up with some really creative lines. Also great choice of music and good editing but I still think that Faith was your best vid yet.
  6. What insect repellent do you people use?
  7. Thanks people. So to sum up, double butted spokes will give a longer lasting but less stiff wheel, whereas plain gauge ones will give a very stiff and strong wheel for a short period of time? I had a rear disc a while ago but that was 20" so it's kind of different, only problem was that after a few months most of the spokes snapped near the head. I think I'll go for the plain gauge ones and see how things go. Don't mind a new wheelbuild every now and then, it's dead cheap including spokes anyway.
  8. There's really no point in buying front king hubs. Had one, bought it as a set front+rear. It wasn't any more special than the Hope I've got now. And if you're still thinking about buying one, get it from aspirevelotech. You'll probably pay 2x less inc. postage.
  9. Abant It seems that the 2007 rims are based on Monty Ti rims which means you can't get front rims in 32 hole. Might be an idea to email them, they might have some old rims in stock but i'm not sure if those were 32 hole. email is josep@abant.net
  10. Well, to be slightly more specific, it's not 24" wheels that make the bike feel streety, it's the geometry of the frame (wow, i'm clever). It just happens to be that riders expect a 24" bike to have a streety feel and so manufacturers make the frames short, with a low rise and longish rear end. I'm pretty sure that you can make a 24" bike feel just like a proper trials bike by giving it a wheelbase around 1065 and a ~35mm rise. But as the 24" frame market seems to consist mostly of riders who are into street-trials, it'll take a bit of time before we see a trials-specific 24" frame.

He clearly didn't make it but my god, when he does that's going to be one of the most amazing moves ever
  12. I think so... This is what they write about Alpines: Click And champions: Click I don't really understand that table underneath, but it seems to me that the Champions come in greater thickness.
  13. You wouldn't hear anything, there's no sound in space
  14. If you desperately want square holes, get a normal front rim and make them yourself using a file. Echo / Koxx rims are also un-eyeletted edit: you could also check out Abant rims. They've been around longer than the new Ti rims which suggests that they originate from a different rim, possibly a 32h one.
  15. Yeah, just make them yourself, the design is pretty basic. All you need is a file, drill and a tap.
  16. To be honest I far preferred your previous one I think from 03.06 This one is still good, I sure will be listening to it in the future
  17. thought you got it half a year ago pink hubs have only been around for just over a year...

Dude, this isn't that python i wanted to buy off you? I'm confused... Nice bike btw edit: sorry, thought you were going to sell the python...
  19. Well, just make a good video of Vince and his dad will definitely give you the 300 euro
  20. Cheers, so I should point out to the shop that the braking force will be working the opposite way to a normal wheel? And another thing, DT plain gauge spokes are called Champions, I heard/read that Alpines are way stronger. Do you mean to say that Alpines won't make a stronger wheel for this specific purpose?
  21. It's something new which can only be good but it doesn't look right from that angle.
  22. OK people, got one last question concerning 26" rear disc setups. Probably the biggest problem with 26" rear disc wheels is the wheel flex? I need some info about what spokes to use and how many crosses to go for, and maybe any tips that might help make the wheel as strong as possible. It'll be built by my LBS but I don't trust them completely so I will want to give them as much useful information as possible before they get down to it. The wheel will be built on a King singlespeed which is probably a good start. Oh, and I'd really like to know what Bigman used, for if his wheel lasted, mine will.
  23. If the Chinese police found out about this, the scammer would spend the rest of his life tied to a chair with water dripping on his head
