tarty, why do you use echo urbans? i understand it sets a standard to compare all frames by but most of us are tarts and will buy matching brand forks, would it be too dificult to also give brand specific geo, espcially on the mbk? which comes with mbk forks. meh i know i already stated the main reason, but surely it would make sence to give the appropriate fork geo to.

remove steerer tube, at the top where the stem sits, grind out parts of it, grind the pedals (you only use one side, get really creative on the other) remove rubber from the tyre, if your using tryalls, there rediculously thick, i've hit mine with the grinder before, i'm sure you could shave some weight there. helium in the tubes grind down some of the dropout

why you listing specs, buy a dremel. remove metal from the botom bracket yoke, the seat tube, the headtube + you could probably get away with a bit of toptube remember, circles + rounded edges = less stress. make the holes in rims wider, or square remove some sidewall drill the cranks. remove the paint from the frame drill/cut down the bash ring/plate drill the pedals TI axles file the magura mounts off if you use a disk drill brake levers make the rims singlewall alloy bolts + nipples
