you need to tighten the spokes on the opposite side to the waythe wheel is going to so if the wheel dishes to the right, tighten the apropriate left hand spokes. just half a turn of each nipple at a time, check by pulling the rim past the brake/pad, untill itstops rubbing and has enough clearance. dont forget to loosen the spokes inbetween the ones you tighten so the wheel doesn't egg (go higher/or lower at a certain point). it's simple, just take your time and make sure your turning the nipple the right way + using a spoke key that fits right so you don't round them
