  1. The thing stopping me is that i have no money. But as for the wheel movement thing, chain tensioners should work.
  2. Now you've really confused me. So do i drill out to 5.2mm and then insert a new helicoil? Or do i re thread to M6 then put a helicoil in? Or do i drill to 5.2mm then re thread and then also put a helicoil in? Thanks in advance.
  3. I know there have been more than enough topics on this. I have read them. I understand that ALL i need is 1 Helicoil Kit (to purchase online) 1 5.2mm drill bit (which i already own no doubt) What im looking for is a link to a kit which has everything i need. I am currently poor so i can't afford to end up buying something that i can't use. Thanks
  4. Guys is anyone up for riding some trials this week. Anywhere you know some spots and on a fairly nice day preferably. Not bothered where, as long as i can get the train there for less than a tenner. Shout if you want to ride. I ain't bin out with anyone for months. Trials by myself for to long.
  5. Just look at the bmx video thread. The amount of posts on there with links to ripped videos is silly. But i still continue to buy the real dvds as they are always better quality and much more fun to own.
  6. Nice. The bars look the part. Good job.
  7. Arh sweet. Theres so many. The shook ones as well! Whos downloaded any yet, are they safe?

Ok that is cool. It sounds like the wheel is of a decent standard then. Chances are its proberly a proper/ prolite cassette hub if its unmarked. Good luck with the new riding.

Is the rim a 'Jalco' rim? What rim comes on it?
  10. Looked like a fun day. I was going to go but ended up riding newport. Good stuff everybody.
  11. I know you lot have used the brisa elite bar and stem as search just lists me with for sale topics! I know they're suppost to weak but you guys had any problems with them? Cheers
  12. As for wheelies i can't do them. Well not the real way I can manual however, forever. Thats needs another And track stands. Try being parallel to a slope then aim you front wheel up the slope. Use pedal pressure to move you forwards or backwards depending on your weight position. Also try using one hand, one foot or no hands. FUN STUFF. Hope that helps.
  13. Neither! Front vee on a chrome rim. Yes you heard right. I ditched the magura and echo wheel with a grind for a bmx wheel. So vee's for me. Untill i get the chance to use a disc.

Magnesiums. That is cool. However i will stick to my KHE hiddenburg's untill the axle goes i guess. Better not happen touch wood.
  15. I think your chain tension had alot to do with it aswell. I noticed the difference between a Eno on the front and a rear Profile. I do run longer cranks with the profile though. But i don't ride trials much so it didn't make any difference to me when riding. The fact that i did notice it to begin with was proberly because i was aware of the engagement change.
  16. That is cool. But i think i can't do any damage to a damaged thread by putting a helicoil in wrong. If that is possible? Anyway consider this a bump. If no one can provide me with a link to what i exactly need then i will just have to post my own topic in a better place.
  17. If you opened it then chances are that's where the spyware would be? Or just block them. TF spams me with reply notifications. Even though it says only one email will sent for each thread.

A few people can do it. I would love to be able to do it myself then no more brakes ever again. 16t and 13t are both different threads. The side that hasn't got the 16t freewheel on will take the 13t freewheel. Provided you did buy the flip flop version and not the left and right hand version. So you haven't wasted your money. If you still get some trouble then post up a pic of the threaded sides, (side on pic) then i will be able to tell you what you have got. Some interesting news (perhaps) Not being a fan of Primo powerbite cranks because of the insert, Primo have made me and friends turn our heads back towards these cranks. Now with a hexagonal shape insert, the insert shouldn't spin like before. There in the issue of ride. I don't acutally own just saw the pic.
  19. I find watching the first section of GET1 gets me up for a good session. No particular rider though. But yeah Damon's Vid3 is cool.
  20. Thanks that's what i needed to know. So all i need is 1 helicoil kit 1 5.2mm drill bit 1 hour of patience So does anybody have a link to a product and shop they have used recently so i don't end up with the wrong thing. Thanks
  21. Ok im confused on this. I want to do some myself. But what do i need? a tap and die set & a helicoiling kit. both!? I need extra drill bits? So i can't just buy a helicoil set and im on my way..? [edit] got this from another topic.

Hey, OBM you never answered my question.
  23. Monty spray lasts an hour at most. Gets durt and dust all over the rim. Is a pain to get off. But it doesn't fail to make your brake lock up.

  25. Snapped disc mounts on frame? What do you guys think? Surely this WILL affect the strength the bike has left. I'm considering bidding. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOXSIN-ONE-TRIALS-BI...1QQcmdZViewItem
