I doubt this will replace any helmet technology because ,as said, the tech is already pretty top notch. Also a helmet where either the outer plastic or inner polystyrene replaced with D30 material because its probably a lot heavier, which will make the helmet uncomfortable.

My mates got one of those monty frames and triple-clamp forks sat in his shed, in mint condition. He's got the bars too. He's planning on building it up sometime soon Like the vid a lot.

Ive tried it with a lower front end and i kinda prefer it this way, no idea why. I'll probably have a fiddle with them on sunday when i can give the bike a proper test.

I have the same problem, I can't ride a bike where the levers stop miles away from the bar because It causes pains in my hands. Is the adjuster on the lever wound all the way in? If not, wind it in until the lever pulls far enough back for him to use comfortably.

After four years I've decided to move on from the Adamant A2 and gone for a streetier bike. I've just finished installing the last of the new parts. Here are some photos of it before and after the modifications. With the new parts Couple of nice photos with the old parts. 3 zip ties=1.5mm spacer. only for use if you really need a spacer desperately. Did this a few years ago when i was on holiday with a mate in wales. was sorting my hub out and realized i needed a spacer. but, being in the middle of no-where dan just put three zipties in a triangle on the end of the last spacer done the lockring up and cut off the excess. that probably don't make sense but i don't have any pictures of how it was done because i changed it for a normal spacer when i got home.

You've got my support mate. Its never nice being in hospital. I had to go in for a couple of days over xmas with glandular and i hated every second. Hope you get out soon. I'm sure there'll be others to here to show some support.

Nah, never really had the need for it as I've never had to pay for dot4. The main reason i use water in maggies is because its free.

Yeah go for meths for the brake pads and for the rotor, you could stick it in the dishwasher
