  3. Silly assumption, look at the Zoo's booster. Did you buy that off phil18? I was gona buy that how does she ride? Edit: Put the ENO from the t-pro on your zoo
  4. Im not 100% sure on this one, since I havn't got a bike yet, but dont you guys miss being able to hear your bikes? I mean I know ideally our bikes make no noise at all, but every bike i've had has had it own sound, which is almost reassuring, or is it just me?

  6. My vote goes for those german guys who ride mod, with felix mucke. The one who goes biggest rides koxx or monty, the other guyrides monty or univega i think.....
  7. Same with everything, summer passes by in a flash, the things that used to be exciting and amazing, just arn't.... I dread to think next christmas I wont even be a teenager Edit: I got mostly money. A few vinyl's which mum picked out, pretty sweet 90's house type stuff. Nice aftershave. Boxers Socks CD vouchers Chocolate Im buying a bike with most of the money, an MP3 Player for while out on the bike, and some new threads.
  8. Thats sweet, whats the song that plays for most of the video? I used to have it on my old computer but can't remember it's name... I know sod all about editing and such, but that was mint! Well done!
  9. What shop? I went to starcycles.tk and all I got was some commerce BS. Regardless mjcycles.com isn't the most professional site around, and by giving out 'customers' details arn't they (mike) breaking data protection laws? Not good business practise I dont think. EDIT: I havn't anything against mike and have spoken to him on MSN, I even wished him well with his venture so this isnt anything personal...
  10. and the dirt behind her fingernails!!
  11. Not nice for one business to diss another..
  12. peterB_toxsin1.mpg is the video, theres some good stuff on there for sure, but it does look like a kiddies bike or something.... I have the video PM me if you want it...
  13. http://www.observedtrials.net/vb/showthread.php?t=17578 Might be of interest to a few..... Edit: Might be complete bull....
  14. Well then why post about it now? Of course its been forgotten about or lost in the post NOTHING takes over a month to get to you especially within the UK. The smart thing would have been to get in contact perhaps a week after ordering because you should have got it by then. I hate to be a willy but come on man, what good is moaning about it here gonna do?
  15. Sweet, I had thought much the same really, just other local riders had warned me off getting an older bike. Much appreciated guys
  16. Thats beaut, if I was ever going to get a stock again I think it'd have to be a leeson, very sweet bikes inceed.
  17. An '02 x-hydra. It's just WHAT is differant about their geometry that makes them better, keeping in mind, that im not a world champion and im not going to be going big for a while....
  18. Then laughed his balls off because you didnt even do anything and probobly went round the corner and stole another little girls bike..... but fair play for getting it back in the first place.
  19. Yeh, the way I see it, its not like a change in geometry allows one to bunny hop a foot higher, perhaps it'll hold me back a few inches or something, but then, im not riding to compensate for a small penis.....Im doing it for enjoyment, to be honest I dont think i'd enjoy half the new bikes avaliable....
  20. Since im considering buying an 'old' (2002) bike, people have been telling me that its better to get a newer frame as the recent changes in geometry will mean an old bike will hold me back. Im looking at Mod's in particular, I used to ride stock if it makes any differance. And im not a fan of long, low and silver, regardless of mod or stock. Infact, there are very few new frames which I actually do like. Im looking at a monty x-hydra in particular, at the time I rode I regarded them as the shit while not being too expensive. Just wondering has the geometry of monty's changed much in 3 years? Im told the x=hydra is an x=lite, just in steel so I think the geometry might be about the same.... If it has, how is that going to relate to my riding, what sort of things are going to be easier on a new bike rather than an older one? and whats the most likely thing to hold me back about an older bike? Jake

    How To:

You can get flexible tubing in a variety of differant diameters. Certainley if it was cold, i wouldnt fancy coming down too hard on that, but I suppose the idea is that its acting sacrificially, like a helmet, if it breaks, at least its not your downtube!
  22. Depends on what it is your sending. With regard to letters etc, with royal mail its all the same, a first class stamp will get it to its destination. If its a parcel sometimes itll either be more expensive, or a slower service. Parcels2go only offer a 2-3 working day service for parcels to Ireland, however it does only cost 14.99 or so for up to 25kgs.... Check the post office website it has a postage calculator. If you need a post code stick in bt20 or bt19, thats just south of belfast.
  23. Shouldn't have to, theres the ability to put a link to them under your avatar and also a place to put them in your profile..... If your so proud of them shouldn't they be there? Also, if you've sent it, he will get it, and post accordingly. People understand that YOU cannot be held accountable for Royal Mail's f**k up.
