  2. All I can say is Insanity have never felt stronger fitter than doing this beats the gym and weight training and great if your on a tight budget like me From 12 years old i used dumbells/weights every day situps press up went to gym , cycled every where played football 20hrs+ a week and thought i was fit and loved training , lost it all when i met my Mrs though and now tried this dvd to loose some weight Never been pushed like this and lots of new moves that never knew about and no weights or sit ups required but its more for a slimmer athlete build defo worth a try and also once you completed this dvd there's another that pro athletes use insanity asylum dvd, i tried a few parts of it its nuts The video is cheesey american but its really works and some of the guys in back ground are ex army and they struggle
  3. Have used try-all rubber the last few years and tried foam rockman and halfords and didnt like them so was thinking bar tape is a nice in between Question is what one, I have never used any, and any advice on fitting them
  4. Using these the now only had a few rides but nice spring and loads of grip off bike too and a soft sole. For trail running, mud and snow sole very light and supportive Salomon SpeedCross3

  6. Is there any spacers that can buy that go on top of sloping stem to make it straight so i can use normal top cap and also put spacers above the stem to try out before i cut the steer tube to correct lenght Or will i buy a 50mm spacer and cut the angle in?
  7. If its a 135mm axle and a 135mm frame dont add any washers Make sure when you tighten the axle bolts, the bolts/washer dont bottom out on the axle the bolts may feel tight but the washer only slightly touches on frame i had this once, just had to file the axle ends very slighty beacuse the frame had worn slightly were the washer sits and bottom out and wheel was moving even with snail cams I can see yours has gone the same, will only get worse until they properly tighten up File a small bit at a time and make sure the axle bolt starts ok after each time and keep internal threads clean from metal shavings when re-starting them or you will need a tap
  8. Ah thanks that is short, was thinking it was 130mm, got a 130mm try-all once i get mine built give it a go What make is the stem anyways ?

  15. 1 Save all programms and photos and videos to an external hard drive all safe no virus 2 Full destructive recovery, will reset to factory setting ie like brand new again this can be done by the recovery dvd burned by yourself or find the menu on start up, the option to do this usually F2, F8,F12 one of those just google it or do search on your computer "recovery" there will be something I have done this all the time for people with same problems , slow , programmes not running, full but no saved data the cleaners and virus checkers, defrag, disk cleaner all do ok but only temporary fixes Just wipe the computer and start again runs like new may take a while but defo worth it any probs just pm me and i can talk you throught it
  16. if i cant turn it with screw driver then in work i usually centre punch in middle of bolt and make sure this IS CENTRE drill a hole out straight smaller than bolt and then get and old bolt and use grinder to buff to similar size to hole (slightly bigger) and taper end and tap in hole and then use spanner to get broken end out I tried easy outs but if they break in you cant re drill and start again there too hard to drill and old bolt is soft enough to re drill
  17. if your still interested i will sell it to you for £350 posted

    26 Or 24

Had a shot of duncans echo was nice almost like a mod but bigger wheels so im sold I used to ride 26 but the geos were terrible back then 1080, +10, 390 hard work and then swapped to mod for a few years and never got on with small wheels, 24 is way forward for me best of both worlds if i was taller i would of stuck to 26 defo prefer bigger wheels on mod everything feels massive and more futery and less flowy, just depends on your 26 geo suits you
  20. Very nice ben, makes me want my 26 even more now aaahhhh oh well hope to do some more riding next year and catch up with you guys
