Here are some things I've done about a year ago, they were mainly just for fun and to practise in adobe illustrator. just something stupid something I drew on holiday. for fun. something my girlfriend had drawn, I digitalised it, if that is even a word from a picture, my first try at something realistic. because zombies are cool

That is still the best looking mod imo. Nice pictures aswell, you seem to get very high on the upwards gap.

The music makes it so epic, I can feel the "magic" of trials again after seeing this. Yes it sounds cheesy, but the video was very inspirational for me. Can't wait to get a ride soon and watch this before I go

I noticed a big difference in weight at the rear axle when I switched from my rear magura marta to a hs33. I don't think that the reduced weight helped my performance, but it did help mentally.

Why would you want manual dreams if you can perform them when your awake There's one thing that I don't understand, how come that the front wheel will drop when you try to sit down more (lower your bum). It would seem to me that that you would shift your weight backwards which would cause the front wheel to actually go up higher

Right, back to this thread again I've only been practicing flat land moves the last 2 weeks, mainly manuals. My main problem is that I can't get the front wheel to (slightly) lower when it gets too high. Using the rear brake just sucks, I only want to use balance to drop it. Whenever I feel that my front wheel gets too high I always move my hips towards the stem, which I feel isn't exactly the right thing to do. So what should I do to lower the front wheel? I've read that you need to bend your knees, but in what way? Bent my knees so I sit down more, to get up straight or to move towards or away from my stem?

Should have been shot from the side imo But still very nice riding wise I'm currently practising on gaps to front and I know how scary it can be to throw your head towards the edge of object (and I'm not even doing them brakeless :X)

Very nice, I liked the sideways drop of the wall into the sidehop, looked very explosive. did you actually have to practise alot to be able to manual like that in the beginning? Doesn't seem like something you would spend alot of time on judging your riding style.

I have been running a monty freewheel for almost a year now, skipped about 5 times total. Used an eno in the past, but the monty feels safer for some reason. Not too expensive aswell

You have the ability to manual on a mod, you should use it more (even if it does make me jealous ). Nice video otherwise

I absolutely had practicing sidehops. I sidehop to my forward foot, when I miss a sidehop I land on my chainstay very hard. Im too scared of damaging my bike to put full dedication into the move.

I had already seen this on OTN indeed. It was good, but it was missing the old BS style feeling I've been waiting for this years roadtrip video to be coming out for quite some time now. Should be good

Incredible riding, and nice to see marco g in there aswell. The spanish guys have such an odd bunyhop technique, they seem to stay in the "manual position" and then explode up, instead of one fluid upwards motion from 2 wheels.

It´s an echo lite 07. I´m pretty sure they need to go on the inside because the bolts for the snail cams are there. Thanks for the reply´s

Hey there, I did a search but couldn´t find any similiar topics. I´m running a mod with snail cams and the chain seems to be rubbing against one, the snail cam has already been filled down, but the chain still rubs. The rear cog is screwed on the hub as far as possible. I was thinking of some sort of spacer to increase the distance between the cog and snail cam, but I'm afraid it will mess up the chain line, and put too much "spread" on the chain stays.. Any help? Thanks in advance

it's more than 1mm I did notice that there is a little bit of pad material broken of the pad, but that doesn't seem likely to cause the wobble in the pad.. I don't want to get used to it Never noticed this on my previous bike aswell, so it seems quite weird. But it does seem like the pad doesn't really fit in the piston.. Also checked the pistons nipples btw, they seem perfectly fine and are definatly not broken of Thanks for the response everyone.

Hello, I build up my complete bike a few days ago and noticed some (what felt to me) flex in the rear wheel. So I checked everything and it was alright. Then my girlfriend noticed that it wasn't actually the wheel flexing, but it were the brake pads. I tried to film it but it wasn't very clear, so I made this up quickly http://www.imagedoll.com/show.php/2268_padwobble.swf.html I'm using a booster with koxx browns on a grinded try-all rim. The bike is top shape, no flex at all. The caliper remains still but the padd just wobbles around when I hop on the back wheel, or put any force on the back wheel whatsoever. Hope anyone can explain why this is happening and how I can fix it ofcourse Thanks in advance.
