  1. was it just me who noticed the one per address thing? so even if you did order more you'll only get one.
  2. I would stop riding for a bit. file of all the dead skin using one of those stone things. apply the cream for atleast a month. and you should be ok for summer get some decent gloves
  3. yeah 18 with a form of id or 16 with a parents permission. mosts artists won't do someone under 18 unless it's something really special though. it's not something you want to rush into. as for pain, well i've heard mixed veiws (I haven't got one myself) my mate who's an artist says some people love the pain and others hate it. he's even had a couple of women take an orgasm because of the pain lol.
  4. we should be under ice and snow but were not because of the the gulf stream. in a couple of hundred years the gulf stream will have moved away from us and we'll be one big f**king glacier. were only getting warmer for a short period of time.
  5. You have recieved a new feedback. Below are details concerning the new feedback. Type: Good Rating Summarygreat guy to deal with. very cheap and arrived 2 days after payment can't ask for more than that. Given By: G4vyn You were the: Seller Date: 1206210738
  6. The riding is great i'm well impressed. However, your next one should be called 'i'm no neil tunnicliffe'. your trying too hard with your greyscale and stuff. At your level all thats really needed is some good quality riding put together in a sensible fashion with a read able title and a good song. If you are stuck for ideas for both songs and editing, have a browse on myspace in the music and video sections. Don't go for band that everyone has heard of and whose songs been used a million times, try something different and unheard of. For videos look at bmx/skate vids you'll see some cool new angles and little editing tweaks which'll work for trials too. riding wise your spot on, progressing nicely and doing bloody well on that big bike. But just don't f**k it up with black and white and slow-mo bollocks. well done. Gav
  7. all of mine have been on a run up to something I always freewheel left foot down or it'd be alot more than 3 pairs. its usually because I get home and want to go for a 20-30 min cool off ride and can't be bothered to change into trackies. I guess I've learned my lesson. and we were talking about freewheel being more responsive on the front than the back.
  8. have you got a service button? usually they only work between the hours of 7-9 just to let posties and that in so anyone could have walked in and nicked it.
  9. It'd be hilarious if they arrive 2 days before next easter
  10. rain snow sun snow rain cloudy snow hail and windy as f**k.
  11. Gavyn.

    ,.

sounds like arm pump. if so then there's not much you can do except get used to it.
  12. I really liked it before I saw it built up. now IMO it looks a wee bit low. but i'd really love to throw some 120mm + sus forks on it and see how she goes. really is no where near the worst 24 inch bike ever.
  13. Thats wrong, well sort of. most trials freewheels are 18 tooth so if you were to put it on the rear you'd need a 27 tooth front cog in order to get the same ratio. which is annoying on a stock and wont even fit on a mod. most people who run an 18 on the rear use a 22 tooth on the front. so 22/18 = 1.22' 1.22 x 48 = 59 so you'd have 59 engagements or near enough for a full rotation. what you are saying in principle is right but in practice doesn't really work.
  14. go freewheel. make sure you've got a bashring on though. I went freewheel because it was cheap. never got a bashring to save a bit of weight and because I rarely hit it anyway. then i realised over the last 3 months i've recked 3 pairs of £80 jeans so i could have gone king for the price of those and my freewheel set up
  15. my mate had one for ages. it was fine occasional skip but nothing major. it was actually impressively solid feeling aswell.
  16. yeah it does. but I can lat more than I weight so I find pull ups kinda easy-ish. can quite happily do 30x5 at a fairly slow pace. I'm pretty sure fast pull ups (up and down) work on something that I can't remember the name of. (plyometrics?) you let yourself drop and catch the weight just before your arms straighten. it hurts like f**k though. works the same as handclap press ups.
  17. sweet vid! come on duff let the boy milk his wrists as much as possible. maybe a few to many drop gaps but the variation will come. nice one Gav
  18. haha the lat pull machine at my gym is ace. i've got to the stage now where i've got to get someone to help me take it down be cause when i pull on it i get lifted off the ground I do both usually 1 front then 1 back then 1 front and so on. do 90 kilos and weigh just under 70 so yeah i'm one of those annoying people that make pull ups look fairly easy but actually it's because I weigh sac all and all my strength is in my arms and shoulders can anyne do one handed pull ups? I've been trying them recently just for abit of fun it's so hard to stop yourself from spinning around most i've managed is 2 and on the third one I hit my head off the bar
  19. we have the same computers that will work. but because were running 32bit windows vista it'll only recognise 3 or 3.5 gb so don't waste your cash and buy the 4gb one . I'm pretty sure i'm right in saying that atleast maybe someone else could elaborate on it for me. i'm going to order 2x1gb ones tonight
  20. I had ago and it took me 20 mins to get to there. still i'm actually quite pleased with that. a couple months more training and i'll be able to do it in under 40 mins
  21. that music was awful. riding was decent
  22. I see what your saying and I know what your there to do. But I really do think pcso's should just be trained as full police officers i know it costs to much but there is a need.
  23. The issue I have with pcso's is the lack of things they do. I know they are supposed to be there to reassure and support the community but you never see a pcso doing any of that. if anything they are there because there aren't enough 'real' police officers to deal with these little things aswell as the big ones. I don't see how the pcso's can't be trained as full coppers that can actually do something about the minor crimes happening around the area. as for the police being the biggest gang around lol in my town there are 10-20 police officers working at one time sometimes it's as low as 8. none of them are armed responses and only one of them has a dog. there are also in the region of 5 or 6 'gangs' each with around about 20 people in them. you might be able to get alot more of you there but it takes time and in that time we could have started a full blown riot. still i like the police and i want to join in about 6-8 years
  24. yeah it depends how whoever is building it wants to do it really. it may be built up minus the engine just to make sure everything works ok etc then taken apart painted and rebuilt. Or it might just be painted then built.
